Delivery was quick and the product fit perfectly. The installation only required a couple of tools and took about twenty minutes.

The whole user profile just seems to be more than it needs to. Hard to find account balance in settings and during checkout. There are way to many emails sent as well it seems I get at least 5 a day for no reason. Commissions seems like a good idea for the employees but the always seem to be a tad pushy about calling and trying to make a sale
Several items did not receive a tracking number even though it was reportedly shipped. Some items were received before any tracking information was received. That said the products received so far appear to be of good quality and I look forward to installing them when the weather breaks.
The overall experience was great. I debated for a few weeks before I decided to pull the trigger and make my purchase on Cyber Monday. I installed the BAK X4S in 30 minutes. The included instructions were simple to follow.
I like two things one making sure that it fit my vehicle and two the videos explaining exactly what to do and what tools are needed very very helpful
The running boards / nerf bars for Ford F150 are heavy, well machined, and easy to install even for a 70 year old man crawling around on a concrete floor. The floor was the biggest challenge! A 3/8" air ratchet simplifies the job. It would take an hour if I was younger but too many coffee breaks.
At a loss as to find an inexpensive spare tire wheel for my '05 p/u I landed on the American Trucks webpage. I actually found a scratch & dent one for my needs. Purchased at a discount. Received the wheel on the day as expected and was pleasantly surprised at the near perfectly new condition. A few quick sprays of some touch up paint and without a close study, it is a new wheel.
Great price, delivered on time, condition better than expected and appropriate follow up. The Way business should be conducted.
Now if we could get them to manage our federal gov't we'd all be better off!
Always an easy process from ordering to delivery never had an issue ever since I have been ordering from american trucks keep up the great work.
I called in to double check on the price I saw and spoke with a Gary. He was very helpful and explained everything about it. He made me feel like we were old friends not like a sales person just trying to make a commission..

I have not received the part yet.Willgive a review when I get the valve and install it.I did pay for two day shipping.
Relieved the console safe, installed it per the directions. I decided on the half safe that way I could still utilize half of the storage in the center console. The safe has plenty of room for multiple handguns, mags, money...whatever you need to lock up. Not to mention the shipping was fast.
Received my throttle controller...install instructions read like a 5th grader from a non English speaking country wrote them...not to mention there's absolutely zero info on 'automatic' mode.
Customer service didn't know their $#*! from their elbow,.couldn't provide any help other than regurgitation product info from the website...so basically unable to answer technical questions...and stonewalled when I asked to connect with someone who could help...
And these jokers emailed me twice daily after my order...just to sell me more.
I'll find another site to spen my money with,...you guys are worse than terrible.

I hope what I ordered is what I need. Most parts / products have a few pictures. These parts are from Ford, so the lack of details can be blamed on them too.
The lack of delivery information is also disappointing.
Paid extra for 1 day shipping 3 days ago and haven't received my order. If you can't make it happen, don't offer it and ask for extra money.
Since I placed my order two days ago I've received 7 or 8 emails that have nothing to do with my order. Please stop with all the emails.

The first item I ordered was back ordered, they let me know right away. I was able to easily refund the charge and they sent me comparable items to choose from for replacement. The item fit very well and I was completely pleased with the whole experience.
