I buy a lot of stuff online at Amazon. From cleanser and stainless steel pot scrubbers to lamps and furniture. Most of the time the transactions are easy, smooth and delivery is usually within two days. Once in a while I've had problems with the product. I even had a lamp that I didn't open until after 30 days return limit and they STILL sent out a replacement and took the new one back. I can't say enough about Amazon. After having horrible trouble with another website, I've vowed to stick with Amazon for most of my online purchases. I can't express how great they are at returns and making it just easy and hassle-free to do business. "Problems" are no problem at all. And I get movies and TV shows with Prime, also... some are free. Can't beat it.
Being a Prime Amazon member is complete BS. Deliveries are late. Drivers are careless. Groceries are garbage. Very low quality selection of foods. Most items are overpriced compared to local Supermarkets. Whole Foods shopping is a joke. They still charge you for delivery $10. Plus Driver tip.
Amazon prime more and more times do not arrive as advertised. This has happened to me more than once. Today I received notice that my order would arrive before 8 or 10 pm depending what you read or what customer service claims. My package is currently tied up in an Amazon facility in Kentucky. I live in the Cleveland area. It is now 1500 local. There is no way that package will arrive today
When I called amazon they gave me some weak excuse saying the package is still due to arrive today but if it doesn't it will within 2 or 3 days. This is simply unacceptable service for something you pay for faster delivery. Amazon prime is really become very disappointing. I will probably start purchasing from local brick and mortar stores instead. I rated their service with 1 star but 0 star on this service is closer to the truth⁷
I have been an on-line Amazon Prime shopper for some time now and love the 'no hassel' policy. Strange as it may seem, I have not experienced a negative transaction with Amazon Prime. Even when I had ordered a pair of wrong-sized shoes, they were most efficient in helping me with the return shipping and the subsequent ordering correction. Bravo!
I was hesitant to sign up for the service since it has an annual fee but the cost is easily made up after a couple great purchases and the time you save going to stores. Returns and exchanges are super easy. Really happy about it all.
These folks are truly an evil empire. Once you subscribe it is almost impossible to unsubscribe. Google " how to unsubscribe from Amazon prime" for more details. This is what happens when a business becomes a monopoly. They do whatever they want.
AmazonPrime includes 2 day shipping and free music. Both very convenient with no stress return policy on eligible items. Prime movies are also free but terrible selection. Think of the the vhs movies you would throw away, that's what is available with Prime Movie. Customer service is very helpful.
A very good service, I must say. I really enjoy the movies featured on my Prime account. Some of them are a blast from the past, which is a good thing.

So... I live in Hawaii where everything is more expensive because of shipping charges. For instance, you can expect to pay $8 for a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread at the grocery store. So the monthly cost of my Amazon Prime subscription is a mere fraction of what I'd have to pay for shipping on virtually any online purchase. It's a must have for me. Plus the Prime video and music streaming service is a real bonus... and really makes me want to reconsider my Pandora and Netflix memberships.

I love Amazon! They truly have the best customer service. They are friendly, understanding and always fix the issue. When my order came broken, they sent me another one overnight and refunded the cost. The site has anything you could think of at great prices.
Amazon consistently doesn't seem to know what it's doing in regards to delivery to rural areas. It's the Walmart of the web. Where as WalMart hire anyone who has a pulse, Amazon just plainly doesn't understand about life outside of town. Announced delivery dates are 88% wrong, sometimes by 3 or 4 days. Online customer service is a joke since it's farmed out to India or Pakistan. Those people are really trying hard but don't understand the dynamics of rural life in the USA.
Love Amazon Prime. We have a cabin that is off the grid so most everything needs to come in on a truck. Well, Amazon is our best friend when were out there. With Prime, we get two day shipping and if it ships Fedex, they will deliver right to our door, two track and all.
Probably not cheap but delivery is good & ordering is easy & choice is good. Access to films & TV shows is a benefit. Very time saving because you can find what you need & have it in your hands the next day. Problems are not common but difficult to resolve. I recently ordered a 10 item offer, received 5 & all queries were unanswered.
I find it very helpful even in these unprecedented times that amazon is keeping up with its delivery on time for prime members. I got my last package on time and i am happy about it. Go with prime if you can.
Amazons Great. My biggest issue was that the free shipping was slow, but Prime now just works perfectly. Now I order when I need something & I do not have to try to batch things together into larger orders. Amazon is reliable & fast.
Rapunzel was not black. It is annoying to me how many ads depict characters out of 'actual reality' just to appease a race which is destructive and violent. Someone tell Disney that Cinderella and Snow WHITE are not black. Even children are asking questions.
I use Amazon all the time, and order very frequently. I primarily use Amazon Prime it for the free two-day shipping, because it saves me so much money when I order. However, my shipment always takes three days to arrive rather than two. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The customer service is amazing, returns are extremely easy to make, and the benefits that come with Amazon Prime, like the early access to sales and the free movies and music is a very good deal.
