I have order several items the past 2 weeks and they never arrive on time. The fulfillment center is 90 miles from my house and all customer service can tell you that it's delayed in transit. Amazon tracking says the items left the fulfillment center and is delayed in transit. Why does it take them 2 to 3 days to travel 90 miles.
I get amazon gift cards from time to time so i became a member of amazon prime for many reasons one of which is the free 2 day shipping etc. i have not been disappointed at all and id recommend to anyone and everyone that they get this, and if you get food assistance with a snap card etc and use it to sign up you get almost %50 off month.
I was tired of paying the high price of cable so I switched to Amazon Prime keeping my internet of course ;) I have never been happier! I still have all my favorite shows and any movie anytime i want commercial free! The best part I only pay for what I actually watch. No packages no rate hikes just everything I want and nothing I don't!

Amazon Prime is such an amazing product! I love being able to place an order on Amazon and have my items delivered in two days! Not to mention for only $49 / year I also get free reads on my kindle, I've created an amazing playlist with Amazon music that I use for working out and I enjoy the movies and tv shows that prime offers. If you've been contemplating Amazon prime. No need... Go for it, it's worth it!
How can shopping get any better than finding exactly what you want, at the price you want to pay? Of course by shipping it fast, and for free. Maybe this is a bad thing, to have so much access to stuff, but it saves us time and money, and a lot of hassle.
For $99 a year, you have access to millions of products, the assurance of receiving them within 2 days (sometimes even on Sunday.), membership in Amazon Prime Streaming, and excellent service. When a need is urgent buying from Amazon beats the time spent getting to a store, shopping, sometimes to find the item is out of stock. You gotta love it
Amazon just did an upgrade on their music app. It's the absolute worst upgrade that I have ever seen. The app stays in shuffle mode and good luck trying to listen to any songs that you have previously downloaded. It's so bad that I'll be looking for another music source and possibly not renewing my prime membership. Thanks for nothing Amazon.
In my opinion, Amazon is the number one website in America.
They always have absolutely every item that I ever search for.
There prices (in America) are so good, it is a waste of time to price search any other sights.
If you are a prime member, 2 to 3 day shipping is free.
They are simply great.
Poor music and TV selection, too many items are extra $, content pushed is not what i want.
The value of prime is very, very low. We will not renew it. I search for a music subject, performer, or genre, and it quickly wants to push content to me that I do not want (but i suspect they are getting paid to push). So all we really get is faster shipping, at a price. Amazon is going to lose its prime subscribers.
Amazon is my first place to go. I love that I know that the reviews are written by customers. I've written some, myself. I have saved myself money and aggravation by shopping here. Prime offers two-day shipping on items Amazon has in their warehouse. Always have had great service.
I've tried to find better ways to purchase great merchandise with fast (and reasonable) shipping charges, and Amazon Prime is still the only (and the best) game in town. I defy you to find a better comparison shopping tool than this, and with the reliability of 2 day shipping on each order. Perhaps the most amazing part of the shipping is that you could buy a 10,000 lb bag of dog food and still have it shipped 2 day without any surcharge. Bravo!
I just have to send out a positive review to Amazon and Amazon Prime. They don't always use the best same day shippers in my area, but that is obviously a lack of options. Every single time I have an issue - they instantly resolve my problem instantly! No questions asked, they promote the "customer is always right" attitude, and it is returned with my continued orders.

I really enjoy the movies featured on my Prime account. Some of them are a blast from the past, which is a good thing.
One thing that would be helpful would be a email stating that our membership fee would be assessed. I was taken by surprise when they simply withdrew the funds. Thank goodness I had it. This isn't a complaint, simply a constructive suggestion.
Not only do the films lack variety and are mainly of low standard and low budget; the length the good films stay on the site is very short. I saw one film I wanted to watch become available and decided to watch it the day after and it had already been taken down. That means it must've been up for as little as 3 days. Get Netflix not Amazon prime
First time using Prime. Baught 1500$ worth of stuff. Amazon charged each order 2 times for a "pre authorization". It ended up taking 4 business days and lots of arguing over the phone to get the 1500 dollars they were holding for no reason back. Not cool
Amazon prime has drastically changed since I joined several year ago. The orders are late or do not arrive at all. Customer service does not understand simple requests and return refunds can take up to two weeks to credit. I am unsubscribing.
The new irritating wait time for orders to be filled and shipped leaves me wondering if the $139 fee is worth it. Once again I've placed an order and now over a week later it still is sitting in the dreaded "Not yet shipped. We will email you with an estimated delivery date" que, and I made sure to only purchase from US seller hoping I wouldn't run into this problem again. Unfortunately I don't usually find items in Amazon's limited same-day or next-day shopping shopping merch.
Amazon claims you get a variety of "benefits" as a prime member...I decided to look into these so called benefits. What do you actually get as far as Audible? NOTHING without a $15/month membership. Same with gaming and music...and ANY DECENT movies are extra as well. So what DOES THE $139/year get you? Free shipping on orders of $25 or more...and 2 day shipping. REALLY? I called and spoke to 3 different customer service reps asking them to tell me all the perks...How can they be perks if you have to pay extra for them? I immediately canceled prime. Absolutely lacking in transparency in this regard...and $15/month is not worth it if you don't order all that much. (Which I dont) My biggest beef is the lies about the benefits. No benefits at all. Just lies.
I've been a Prime customer for a few years now. As time has gone on, I've found that I can order things that I've bought from other sites, but can also find them on Amazon. There's a lot of good price competition, and the free shipping makes it very worthwhile, saving a lot of money vs shopping at other sites. I don't have to spend $75 or more to get free shipping like on other sites. Delivery has always been on time. Good spread of movies on Prime also.
