This is a dream come true. So many books and NOT shopping at Amazon!

The site was easy to use but couldn't necessarily see if the book was abridged or the number of pages; some entries had the information and some didn't.

I miss half.com. I always pay too much for shipping, and you offer no way to select economically. And I recently had a shipment short a book, and it took way too much time and anguish to get the seller to actually read my emails and correct the issue. Had to report and threaten him.

I keep saying I'm gonna stop shopping here. One of these days I might well do that.

Some of the searches are misleading, advertising results that are cheaper than what is actually available

Easy to navigate, site processed all my info with no glitches. I live in a broadband desert, so that was unusual.

Alibris has allowed me to get top quality books at a very affordable price on pertinent topics necessary to build my general knowledge base.

I quickly found what I was looking for and ordered it at a good price. It arrived in quite good condition. I had hoped it would arrive sooner (it took about 11 days.) I chose the offer I did because the store was just a few states away and I thought it would get here sooner.

Good site-I buy lots of dvd movies. Seems like the inventory is thinning out, at least for the movies I look for.

Found a book that was $40 on Amazon for less than $2.00. Shopping was easy and checkout was a cinch!

My old information has changed. I found it difficult to change my address, reset a new password and credit card information. I am 82 and not as sharp as I used to be so it took me a long time to finally get it done. I am lousy with technology!

Ordering is always the smoothest part--its the waiting that is difficult

The only problem I had was that unavailable books only show up at checkout. I had to go back and forth to try to find a copy I could order. I finally got irritated and just deleted it from my cart.

This site was easy to use and offered better prices than that amazon jungle of a website.

Everything good! Great buys, even on new books. Good service. Wide selection, which is great because sometimes I need out-of-print books. The one time I had an issue with a book being delayed beyond the time I needed it, the bookseller refunded my purchase.
