Professional and good quality and work it was just ok
It's been over a month since I ordered, and it still hasn't been shipped, communication is terrible too, would not recommened it.
They sent me a package it was left in an unplace said and didn't take no responsibility. I messaged the delivery company they said the company would have to refund me, I've messaged the company they are refusing and not taking no responsibility and nor is the delivery company, contacted police they said adorlla company have to refund and they are blaming it on myself telling me theres nothing they can do, practical stole £80 off me. You choose your delivery people so you should take responsibility if the package isn't delivered safely...Disgusting when everyone is already struggling as it is.
This product comes from China. I just paid for three day shipping. It's been over a week and a half since it shipped don't let your holidays be ruined. Our birthdays are anniversaries. It takes over a month for the product to arrive. When you have any questions it's impossible to find out any information like tracking numbers.
I have yet to receive my order. I placed it a month before Christmas & it wasn't shipped until I emailed to complain two weeks later. Since it's now Christmas Eve, it definitely will not arrive on time. Thoroughly disappointed.
Second time I've tried to order the same item. Trying to get real and accurate tracking is awful. Didn't get the first order. Maybe I will get the second order.

I'm disappointed that I paid a lot extra for 3 day shipping and it took me a few weeks to actually get them even once they had been shipped already. However, my boyfriend really liked them so I am happy about that.

Ring is cute. Not quite what I had expected. But cute. The site said delivery in 7-10 days. I received it after 25 days. It came from China. I had to contact customer service twice in oder for it to get done.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for father's day to be from his children. I was a little late in getting this done and ordered it 10 days before father's day. I assumed it would be a little late... maybe a week at most. After weeks of waiting for the customized item and realizing the "status" on my order was not changing I reached out to the company. I then became aware there is no phone number to contact this company. I emailed and had to wait multiple more days. I paid over $70 for this gift, so not a lot of money, but enough that I expected quality. The company finally responded and said the item had shipped. Every time I tracked it after this, the USPS notification said that the label had been created, but the item had not been received. This is a common company scam to appear that an item has shipped, when it has not. The item sat like this for many more days, all the while I kept emailing. I never received a response. I finally gave up after almost four weeks and just disputed the charge with my credit card. A day later, low and behold, the item arrived... and it looked like my boyfriend's kids made it in their kindergarten art class. The quality was horrible, but even worse, the lines were not straight and it was embarrassing to give to him. I apologized profusely. I am still going to fight this through my credit card company for a refund. I don't suggest ordering from this company. Take your money and business elsewhere.
It was easy to find. But I ordered two things exactly the same time. But I got The one thing about 2 weeks after I ordered. And the one for moms birthday didn't come in till July.
