I did transpose my address and they fixed it for me. But they got one of the birth stones wrong but all and all good my wife loved her mother's day gift minus the wrong birth stone

I've been searching for an anniversary gift for my husband. This was disappointing. Cheaply made. It broke when i took it out from the package

Placed order 4-2. Paid expedited fees, shipping. Was told would ship in 11 days. Reached out to company 5-2 as i never received my order. Was told hadnt shipped yet, and they do not have a timeframe as to when it will. Asked that they cancel my order, redund my credit card, and they said they could not. Read reviews online after i made my purchase. Wish i had tead them prior to placing my order

I ordered a piece that was supposed to project a picture. I ordered the first but got no confirmation so i ordered a second one, just seconds apart. The first one took weeks to get to me and im still waiting on the second one, that was the end of february. The one i finally got broke the same day, so i emailed the company, not only do they not want to give me a full refund, they offered first to reship, then offered a 20% coupon on my next order, and then wanted to offer just an 80% refund. I have been furious over all this, i have spent over $100 and they dont want to refund ANY of it, then sent me a tracking number on a new one. What part of "I dont want anything but a full refund on both items" do they not understand. I have told all my family and friends, and emailed the BBB to complain about this. I just want my 101.76 back from them. I have a whole long correspondence where i repeatedly state i want a full refund on both items. I dont even give them any stars but to put this out there i had to give something. 0 stars im furious

All, be aware of this company. They're bogos and wont receive your order. So, please I beg you don't waste your money on this company. I am speaking from my experience. Its been over a months since a place my order and never receive it.

Unable to track package with links sent. Package received days late. Package received broken. Will not be using this service again.

Took forever for shipping and you need to refund the extra $25+ I paid for 3-day shipping as promised. Really not happy with the end product and there is no certification that it really is 18k rose gold. I don't think it is or that my daughter will be able to wear it since the metal appears fairly low quality. Products made in China are really suspect.

Very Difficult to adjust the size. Rope is quite stiff. Does not slide.

I ordered a product on 2-4-23 have not received my product, tried to track the order and it's not showing up. Sent two requests for follow ups but no response. This purchase is for a special occasion and either need right away or just know when to expect it. I do not recommend this company.

I bought a platter from them for Christmas and paid for faster shipping. It didn't get her in time so I reached out to them. They explained they had been busier than expected. I do try to be understanding. When it got here late January… they had repeated one of the names on the platter and left one off.
My first thought was, maybe I put it in wrong originally. I went and checked on my receipt from them. Nope. I had it right!
I sent them an email. They said they needed a picture, so I sent it to them.
Weeks later they say they are sorry for the inconvenience, they will send me a 20% refund.

No. I need a new platter with all of their names on it. Or I need a full refund. I can't gift this to a grandmother with one kids name on there twice and one completely missing! That completely defeats the purpose!

After me telling them I would not accept that, I have not heard back from them.

Please don't order from them!

(It's also not near as nice in person as it is In photos. I wouldn't write a bad review for that, but I wouldn't recommend ordering this specific product… but that part is just personal opinion!)

Just as the title says. Steer clear of this company with bad business practices, I should've known better honestly. Shipping was a laughing stock to the point my bank voided the transaction. Product came 1 1/2 months late, not to mention damaged. Cheap, flimsy, poor quality, hoping it will survive. The only good thing they did is ship out some glass to replace the broken one. Seriously, keep it moving- don't waste your money or time.

I got it finally. But worth it. The silver is shiny. Looks nice. My son loves it

I ordered 2 picture frames that were to be for memories of my 2 boys from birth then kindergarten through high school graduation. I paid $261.70 for them. I ordered them December 7th, I didn't receive them until January 13th, So, it's a custom item, and the holiday season, so I let it slide. What I got was 2 picture frames made of really cheap material, they used double face tape to hold some of the stuff together. They were so warped they wouldn't lay flat on the wall. The names fell off of both frames. All four corners on both frames were chipped because they used that fake wood paper over the cheap base wood, and they were literally falling apart, there was a stack of 3 super thin pieces of wood held together by this tiny staple. I tried to send them back because they have a 60 day return policy, and in return they offered me 20% of what I paid back. I said no I want to send them back for a full refund, warned them I would dispute the credit charge and report them to the BBB, they came back with a 30% refund offer, and 35% off coupon for my next purchase at their store. I told no, I won't accept that and reported them. Don't buy anything from them.

I'm glad it was simple. Although, I'm a bit worried if the product will arrive. I've been having difficulties getting a Valentine's gift, so hopefully this one arrives :)

I ordered a package 42 days ago. Still have not received it this is a terrible company to work with. Even when you contact customer service via email it's "can you please wait a little longer". Are you serious? Oh and their tracking is on a website where half the tracking data is in Chinese. This is where we're failing we shouldn't trust China to send us stuff in a timely manner and this company should be ashamed of themselves. This is absolute disgraceful company and I will never do business with them again.

I'm a local artist in Canada that makes handmade craft goods and I see my products listed on their website. I wouldn't trust anything else they sell if they're stealing other people's items.

So excited about this Valentine's gift, but very disappointed when I received it. Could barely see picture shining light through it. Not what I expected from the ad.
