My order made on August 3rd of 2024, has NOT yet been received.
Why I chose this business:
I really liked the item I saw on their website. Thought it would make for a wonderful gift to my wife
For her August 9th birthday.
My experience with customer service:
I was offered a 10% discount, even though I didn't ask for one. I just wanted the item I ordered to be delivered. I current have a hold on this purchase with my personal bank until I received the item.
