Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the necklace. It was for a friend who just lost her mother. I contacted the company and they said they weren't able to send an email when it shipped due to the dusters being down. They gave me a tracking number. That tracking number says that USPS is still waiting for the package nearly 2 weeks later. There has been no update to the status since 7Dec. The picture is proof I ordered a product and that I'm not just being a Karen.
