My ring is simple but beautiful at the same time. Only thing I didn't like is no knowing who I paid.

This company has terrible customer service. It has been an entire month and I have yet to receive the valentine's gift I purchased. When requesting a status update, they took several days to respond and when responding, they simply regurgitated their policy without actually answering or providing me with an update of my order. I ordered the gift almost 2 weeks before Valentine's day and am still waiting for it to ship.

Never will I purchase from this company again! Slow, do not go by their policy timeline, and terrible customer service!

Quick and easy! It was simple to select the month's flowers, ring size and metal.

They had what I wanted. Personalized the product. It arrived promptly.

Unique necklace and overall nice product but it lacked that wow factor. Letters so close to the heart in center you really have to look closely to read

Ordered present for my mum for Christmas, well before so I would get it on time. Ordered it on the 27th of November and almost end of January and still nothing. Asked for refund, hopefully that doesn't take 2 month.

It was quick and easy. But the ring was too small.

I ordered a white gold ring and received a gold one I have been trying to either return it or get a refund and they are only offering a partial refund and I can't return it because it's been more than 30 days but it took them over 30 days to send the ring from the time that I ordered it. Most companies when you have to return something they will send you a return label Adorlla offers store credit in place of the cost of returns why would I want store credit I will not be buying anything from the store again.

Product is amazing but doesn't live up to service.

The first experience with the website was fine however after that was a guessing game. I was never told my items were shipped or when they would arrive. When they finally got to my house the boxes were damaged and one of the necklaces had scratches on it

I purchased a heart-shaped necklace for my mother-in-law with her 7 grandchildren's names and birthstones on it for Christmas. It is beautiful and just the right size. Thank you for keeping me updated as to where my order was in the production process. Btw... she loves the necklace! Thank you.

I purchased the necklace that has my future grand son's heartbeat from a sonogram.
Could not be happier with how it turned out! My daughter-in-law loves it.

Shipping was very slow, way too late for Christmas. Item did not match photos of the bracelet, the photo showed large charms (shown on model), but the actual bracelet has small cheap looking charms, the engraving was different size fonts from one charm to the others, and one name way off center. Definitely disappointed.
