I am 20 days out from placing my order. It has been "ready to ship" for over a week. This is ridiculous

I ordered the item in early May, however it was not received until 6/11/2021. Also during the process I emailed customer service to determine the status of the item and they never responded. They provided a tracking number to track when shipped but it only showed when the item left the facility. You could not track the item step by step. I will never order from them again.

I HAVE ORDERED MY HUSBAND SOMETHING FOR FATHERS DAY AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT AND IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS ALSO NO UPDATE! WHEN I GO TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER THEN IT TELLS ME MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND! THERES NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY BUT ITS FINE I AM CALLING MY BANK IN THE AM AND CANCELLING ALL TOGETHER AND FILING A CLAIM!

It's been 3 weeks or so and I haven't even recieved a confirmation email yet. I ordered a personalized necklace for my mom for mother's day on April 27th. It's now May 17th and still nothing. I'll be calling my bank in the morning.

Bought my necklace in December last year and still no item. They said they would resend as the were getting busy again. They are a scamming company. Said i want my money back. Now they wont answer any emails now disgusting

I gave this Necklace to my mama for her birthday and she loved it. It is different and other people told her that they like it so thank you.

A necklace was bought for my significant other and when we open the box to get it out and put it on her neck, we noticed it was broken. "Ferny" who wrote back said only 20% would be refunded and stated a replacement necklace wouldn't be an option. Nice in pictures but $#*!ty in person.

The quality of the necklace is great. Seems like it will hold its shape and not bend. The rose gold is beautiful, subtle and rosy.

Love how my name looks. It's a shinny material. Came on time. I've ordered a lot of these necklaces but this has been the best yet so if your wanting one this is the place to buy them I give them 10 stars!

Do not do business with this vendor. I did not receive everything I ordered and I was charged 26.00 for 3-day shipping which ended up taking 21 days to receive. Customer service was no help at all. I've reported this to the authorities.
