I ordered a Father's Day gift and she gave me some fake order number that leads to nothing. It's a fake number. Customer service that the would help me. I have wrote back 3 times and nothing…. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. I hope nothing like this happens again.
Ring is cute, gold plate… did not stay my ring is now 'silver' reached out to customer service to ask about the 925 marker for silver and didn't get a reason just that their products don't have it… concept is cute though. Honestly tho for the price it is what it is I just wish I wouldn't of gotten gold plated
Ordered a bracelet on June 7th for Father's day with shipping of 3-5 days. No problem right? Here I sit, June 28th and it FINALLY says it's "ready" to ship. Hasn't actually shipped yet!
To be fair, AFTER I ordered I got an email saying they started and it could take up to 10 business days for personalization THEN add on the shipping time. If I would have been aware of that I NEVER EVER would have ordered.

I ordered a personalized framed 25th Anniversary picture that arrived broken. I notified Adorlla & sent pictures. Customer service was unbelievably poor in resolving the issue. After a few days they responded and said they would give me 10% of the purchase price back! After more rigamarole, they said they would redo the frame that was broken beyond repair and ship it out to me asap. I placed this order April 5th and just today, June 8th got the replacement frame Broken Again. The anniversary has come and gone by & what I'd hoped would be a special gift is STILL BROKEN. I would rate them lower than 1 star but that option isn't available. Don't waste your time and money buying anything framed/artwork from them. Both times the product came inadequately packaged resulting in the breakage. It was put in a plastic lightly bubble wrapped envelope inside of a regular vinyl envelope. I brought this up to customer service but they blamed the damage on the shipper and originally told me I'd have to file a claim with the shipper to get any satisfaction. Needless to say I'm a very Disappointed and Dissatisfied customer. I normally don't write nasty reviews but after over 2 months of dealing with this and still having a broken product, I felt others should be warned.

Terrible service. Ordered a Mother's Day gift for my wife on April 8. They advertise shipping in 4-8 days. I finally reached out after two weeks of not hearing anything. I was given the runaround for three more weeks being told three different times my order was being "rushed" and "priortized urgently". It was all bs. Still never received my order and luckily had my money refunded by my credit card company. I will never waste my time trying to order and deal with this company ever again… Terrible service…
I placed 3 Mother's Day Gifts, for my Wife and Mom's, on April 19th. After a week, I did not recive any notifications that my order has shipped. So I reached out and was informed it takes 7-10 buisness days to ship. So come day 11, I reach out again, and was informed the next day my order has shipped. So finally my "order" arrived May 13th. Only one of the three items I ordered, all at the same time and were all referenced on each email, was shipped. So I reached out again and recived a "I am Sorry, it is Covid's fault, and my order has been expedited". So here I am, a month later, and still do not have everything I paid for. Also putting the blame on Covid is complete BS. Take your buisness elsewhere, with someone who will actually appreciate your buisness, and take care of you.
What a joke. They say that they start immediately on the personalization and then you pay extra to get it in 4 days. A week later they tell you that it take 15 days to personalize it and then it ships. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE IN BOLD PRINT, NOT FINE PRINT. You would think that you'd receive your gift on time when you order it 10 days before mothers day.
You pay $25 for expedited shipping which is THREE DAYS. It has already been four days and the product I ordered hasn't even been completed yet. This is my fiancée's first Mothers Day and I'm not going to be able to give her, her gift thanks to Adorlla's lies. Don't use this website if you need to get something sooner rather than later.
