The shipping was considerably slower than advertised when making my purchase, and the gift box for my item was the wrong size, making it useless

The ordering process is easy and smooth. They took a two or three days longer than the estimated production time to make the necklace. I paid for 1-3 business days express shipping and the VIP package (express order, priority order), but shipping took a little about a week and a half. Considering it was being shipped from China (3 weeks is standard shipping time for U.S. to China mail), that wasn't bad but I paid a lot of extra money to rush my order and get express shipping. The product itself was pretty cool. Overall, I'd say the ordering process (picking the necklace, adding the image, choosing the length of the chain etc) was fast and easy, but the production time and shipping speed was a big disappointment.

Ordered a Mother's Day gift on April 29th and I have yet to receive it even though I paid for the "VIP" service. I was charged and received the confirmation number but never received the confirmation "ID" to track the gift. Only way of contacting the company is through email but I have yet to receive a response. Don't waste your money!

Company is a scam. Placed order for wife's birthday. Sent follow up emails when I heard nothing about delivery and assured it was coming. It didn't. Follow up emails all excuses. It's been over a month and still no item. The company is a joke. LIARS!

The product was great. It was a Mother's Day gift. My only issue was that I paid extra to have it shipped in a timely manner. We didn't get it for almost weeks after I order it. That was very disappointing!

Very easy to pick out what I wanted to buy and to personalize it. I did get the gift way after mother's day even with paying expedited shipping. I guess I didn't realize how small the product would really be in person, so if you're planning on getting this product go for the bigger size. It's really hard to read the names in the smaller size. Once I got it I went and got a cute succulent to go with it as it doesn't come with it. My grandmother did like it which of course is what matters.

Very easy and user friendly. You must be patient if your ordering in the US, because the company is not here. Tracking of the package was made available and easy to keep up with. Overall a good experience, just wasn't prepared for the wait. The gift brought about a huge smile from my wife, so the wait was worth it.

Love the gift ideas... easy check out. Problem was I got what i purchased eventually. I placed and order on May 4th didnt receive it until June 2nd. So missed Mothers Day. Had to go to plan B. Frustating but made it work.
