DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased anything from in my professional career. I spent over $4000 on a fundus camera to better serve my patients. Initially, there was issue with the software, which they corrected, so I thought we were off to a good start, however, once I got the software working, it became clear that the images weren't clear. Reaching someone over the phone is impossible, so you have to get support tickets. These take days to have someone get back to you. After months of back and forth, I had yet been able to use the machine for actual patient care. Technicians weren't able to resolve why the images were cut off, so they offered to send a n ew DSLR. I received a new attachment, only to have the images to appear the EXACT SAME way. The technicians told me they don't know why it's happening or how to fix it. Finally, they told me to just return the entire camera under warranty and bring it unpackaged to a carrier facility. I brought it in to which the company packaged it and shipped it out (as I was instructed to do by ACME). I was informed by ACME that there was supposed damage during shipping that caused an internal piece to be damaged. I received no images to indicate that the box was somehow damaged during shipping or anything to indicate the actual shipping was the issue. Rather, I was showed images of a dismantled machine claiming the damage was done by the carrier facility and that the device would be returned to me. Damage that was likely there BEFORE I received the camera and why it never worked properly. No help as to how to fix it or that anything could be done. The entire process has been over a year with no resolve. The staff here is not helpful and looking further, it appears this company does this frequently. They are fraudulent and gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are scamming people out of money for products that are not adequately refurbished and making people pay for additional warranties that they will not grant and just blame the carrier facility. 0 out of 10 stars.
Not sure how they made it look like this but glad they did. It went from rust and filth to almost new. Will use their repair service again.

As an australian customer we were guaranteed the device we were purchasing would work. It didn't. Acme have been absolutely useless in helping us rectify this situation and just keep ignoring and passing the blame. No follow ups. Would NOT recommend buying from here ESPECIALLY if you are an australian customer.
All was good but wasn't aware that a manual wasn't included. I guess their website but tough reading through 500 pages on a computer.
Purchased a Pelton/Crane Omniclave after an experience with another vendor went poorly. I do have to admit I was not aware of the age of what I was buying and after receiving the first one from our local vendor wasn't sure we wanted this model any longer. Was told however by friends that ACME REVIVAL did a really good job with refurbishment of older models so returned the first one and gave it a try with them. Night and day difference. Unit was remarkably cleaned, freshly painted, and inside finish look new. After the first return and then purchase from ACME did take about three weeks which put us behind.
We have old Zeiss visual field that no one else would repair. ACME repaired in 2 weeks and saved lots of money instead of buying new onee. They also clean yellow off and restore to white look. Also screen no longer look damage. Very happy to have this otpion. Please give them five stars and my thanks.
Had our Pelton/Crane Omnicalve refurbished by them last week and got it back today. They did an incredible job. The inside, which was rusty and disgusting looking, is now sparkling. If it wasn't for the serial number I'm not sure I'd know it was ours. Couldn't been happier with the service I've received.
Dropped a rotor and cracked the wench mount and needed a new one. Thermo wanted $2,000 for what was $300 on Acme. Absolute nonsense for a piece of tough plastic.

We had a benchtop centrifuge repaired and refurb'd in September and have so far been very pleased with how it arrived back to us.
We had an eppendorf Spectrophotometer repaired last month by ACME and was really impressed not only with the actual repair, but with with the cosmetic touches that were added to basically make the unit appear new. The new logo lettering they put on the front of the unit looked better than the original. The unit was returned to us within the 14 day time mark and in the best shape its been in well over 10 years.
Richard helped me on chat find the right page ins the manual for the network hookup. He was kind and patient with me despite my tech sklls.
Ordered a rotor for my eppendorf but somehow had the wrong mount on my centrifuge so couldn't use it. Their support guy helped me find the right wench and we got it mounted.
Please beware of this company! They do not have a number to call. You have to speak online to someone and then will get a call back. They send defective products! I received my machine in dysfunctional order and missing parts! They had no online troubleshooting. They don't even know how to work the instrument and they immediately wanted me to send it back. I don't have time for that. I need my machine. I wanted to return it. They then said it was rejected for return because it was damaged in shipping. For one, I do not know if it was done in shipping or after they received it. And two, it already didn't work!. For returning, they wanted me to transport this extremely heavy machine to UPS to be shipped. I can't do that and a good company would not ever ask this of their customers! I advise against purchasing anything from this company! There are plenty more companies out there that have much better equipment. Now we have to take legal action to get a refund. If I could give zero stars I would!
Paid for a $3000 sterilizer from them on Sept 22. Got confirmation that the sterilizer was in the queue to be shipped and would get it between September 28 and October7. After 8 emails and numerous empty promises that it was being sent out the next day the order was cancelled BY THEM with no satisfactory explanation. So three weeks have gone by during which procedures have been cancelled and I have to find another sterilizer somewhere. Very untrustworthy company. I would never order anything from them
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
