I ordered an X-ray unit, specifically the one I was looking for. It was extremely late upon arrival and when it finally arrived it was a much older version, not the same unit at all! I didn't even remove the unit from the box due to several parts, including ones to actually set it up, were missing along the instructions and user guidelines. I tried to contact Angie and expressed my dissatisfaction, but return service was terrible and unacceptably late, almost like they try to push past the 30 day return policy. When I finally spoke with Angie to return this item I didn't order, she stated she filed the return receipt, but never ordered the return label so after several more days I had to contact them again for the labels. I sent the unit back in it's original packaging, it arrived in 24 hours. 11 days later, I received a phone call and email stating I didn't get my money back because it was damaged, I asked for proof and they won't provide it. They never intended to refund my money and they Bait and Switched" and gave me a non functioning unit with several parts missing! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Acme Revival is a great idea and a well thoughtout ecomm platform. It is not the typical or generic sell/repair company I've had experience with in many years past. Although you get assigned an account representative now, there is little knowledge (about specific devices) held by the people you're able to talk to on the phone and their digital platform takes the place of all ordering processes and support dealings. In my two dealings I've gotten exactly what I ordered and was pleased however future customers should understand that they're dealing with a tech company and not the ma/pap asset dealers. There is no hand holding for when you receive your complicated machine.
We needed our massive Pelton Crane sterilizer serviced but were having a tough time finding someone locally to it. Revival picked it up and completely refurb'd it. We were able to get it back in 2 weeks. No loaner service to be had - but we managed
Had a great experience working with Richard to find our new AED per a new law that was recently enacted. We had to have two different capabilities on each floor and he looked through all the docs I sent him and told which one's he would recommend.
In expanding to a secondary location we decided to go entirely online and purchase used to ease budgets. Before I go into some of the things I didn't like about acme, everything arrived on-time and in very good to great condition. From the other vendors we used, they are much more streamlined and reliable. That being said, there are a few things that would have made our experience better. Firstly, when buying multiple quantities on the website, it would send the price up-- and if we needed to purchase additional units in the following week, we would have to typically pay the increased price. Second, I would have preferred to have been able to talk with a person on the phone quicker than a 10 minute hold time. YES- they're chat is helpful and quick, however it's just not my style. Finally, keep in mind that there is no install option or training service. Once arrived, it was all up to us to get it running- which was fine, but different from what we were used to with others.
Unit arrived a day beyond the commitment, however it was FedEx's fault. Unit appears new. Thank you for the peace if mind!
I have used Acme for some time now to support my clients needs in Central America. All of their equipment is in prime condition and their warranty is by far the best I've seen. My acct manager ADRIAN is also very helpful whenever something is delayed or needs attention.
I bought an infusion pump, and it was not functional. I tried to call them, no answer no life customer service. Finally I returned it to be replaced or refunded. All communication by emails and up till now 2 months, i do not know what is the results
For a used auto-clave the chamber is very clean and they replaced all the filters. Reservoir was clean as well and trays weren't bad either.
Arrived earlier than planned and new AED looks new. Seems to be new case with new battery and pads. Traded in my old one too.
Needed a pulse ox for my daughter who has epilepsy. Watched and looked at different ones for two weeks. Visited their page more than once and noticed that their inventory went from 2 to 1 left at a good price. Finally decided to purchase. Didn't receive an emailed invoice and then 3/4 days later receive an email stating that they no longer have the product. Except they do... they just have it up on the website marked up at double the price. This company seems to be a scam. Wouldn't buy from them EVER.
I needed 2 defibrillators with both manual and AED mode for my hospital. Acme had the Lifepak 20 in stock for less than other companies I looked at. Shipping time was speedy considering the intricate refurbishment process. I can tell they really tried to make them look "new" and they did. These have been a lifesaver for my business. I have used numerous infusion pumps in my years and this one is by far staffs favorite. Bedside pumps are at a premium these days and so are budgets.
Not exactly sure I had expectations about a used industrial piece of equipment- but pleasantly surprised. Unit looked new- just as I had read. All new paint job and surfaces were sanded smooth. Happy.
It took me literally months to find a working autoclave for my clinic at an "affordable" price point. I heard of ACME through a colleague and spoke with one of their representatives through their website about a Pelton & Crane Delta XL. I was hesitant about ordering but they were very receptive to my questions and I was able to get the unit for basically half off the new price... I needed the 10" chamber size and it; s saved us time. There was a brief transit delay because of FedEx issue but I am overall happy with my autoclave and the service received.
Instead of nearly $4,200 with the Reichert rep we got this one for nearly $1,300 less. If it isn't new I will never know! Richard was great in helping me checkout.

Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
