Despite UPS messing up the delivery, all turned out fine in the end and we're glad we made the purchase. Their 14 day return policy pressured us to get it installed faster than we wanted to.

The biggest thank you to Lisa over chat today. She does this company proud! Helped me sort an issue with our device fast and politely.

We were thinking of purchasing a new generator as Honda said ours was "obsolete". Were told about ACME REVIVAL and the did a great job. Looked like new when we got it back.

Acme repaired our ResMed within 2 days. Would highly recommend even over a local service. The whole process was easy and affordable.

The electrocautery machine that was "in stock" didn't arrive even 6 weeks after expected shipment date. I had to cancel it as they couldn't even give me a shipment date. I bought a vitals monitor at the same time and it didn't work on arrival. It didn't even have the charger for it. The tech said to return it. I filed the return a week late as I assumed they had initiated the return after the complaint. Now they won't accept the non-functional device. Also, they charged me for both devices, even the one that wasn't shipped, and I had to pay $600 for custom fees for a device that was never even shipped. So it's going to be a pain trying to get the money back. This experience with them has been incredibly Infuriating. As a company that "strives for 100% satisfaction", I don't think they try very hard at all.

I purchased a new anestheisa machine with the photo showing what I was buying. Theres nobody to call for help. It came 2 months late and was a totally wrong machine (and old dirty trash model). The stretcher I ordered came with literally no wheels. It does pump up or down. Pretty nuts. Am in the process of trying to return... nobody to help me. Sure ill just print a label and swing this 400 pound anesthesia machine to fed ex. This is outrageous.

EVERYTHING ARRIVED IN VERY GOOD WORKING ORDER. HAPPY SO FAR WITH OUR PURCHASES. LYN WAS VERY HELPFUL HELPING US DECIDE. PRICES SEEM FAIR. CONDITION OF DEVICES IS BETTER COMPARED TO OTHERS.

On January 12 we purchased a Verathon bladder scanner and had it shipped from across the world (USA). Concerned with the border process our fears weren't realized and all arrived safe and sound without any duties paid at time of importation. They made the process easy. Still surprised we weren't able to find a used bladder scanner closer but modern logistics saved the day.

Acme repaired and serviced our Welch Allyn vitals monitor last month and did a very good job. The error message that displayed when the unit turned on was resolved, and the entire unit arrived back very clean. They did not include our power cord back with it, but I was able to contact them and they sent it next day overnight. Overall, very good experience and will use again for sure.

Got a very good deal on an AED that arrived in like-new condition. New device costs nearly 5-times as much and glad we didn't go the route.

Unprofessional. Before ordering, I contacted a sales representative Lyn to confirm it was in stock. Once transaction was complete, I recieved N email saying order cannot be fulfilled, no stock. Web base still show they have 9 in stock. I missed out on another purchase elsewhere as it was a flash sale. I would stay clear from this website.

I bought a sewing machine which was supposed to be in absolute working order.
After approval of payment it was delivered.
It arrived in absolutely unworkable state.
The day after I received it I emailed and asked for full refund. I also sent several pictures of the damaged machine. I requested this on Jan 16,2022.
To this date I have not received a refund. It should not take this long to issue a refund to a credit card.

Chat agent (don't remember name) was great yesterday despite us ending up not buying anything. I highly recommend this.

After 8 years, our 5810R stopped working leaving us high and dry in our busy season. Our options included spending $20k on a new one from Eppendorf, or repairing it. Came across Acme Revival from an internet search and we're glad we did. The whole process was super simple and the results were even better. Not even sure how they did it, but the inside of the rotor chamber is practically brand new. When we sent it in, it was rusted and covered in 8 years of gunk and grime. The original issue (error 6 I think?) was also resolved and calibration was performed. Overall our experience was great with this repair and if we ever need them again we'll know where to find them. Also- my technician Adrian was very helpful in explaining the process to me- just wanted to give a shout out as the kids would say

They repaired out Autoclave that Tuttnauer said could "not be repaired." Will recommend to colleagues.
