I bought ROSE 600. I bought a 1 year warranty. Just in case...
I sent an email & photos yesterday showing how the wrong & not a Husqvarna ankle is the wrong one. It's too large and consequently the entire mechanism is ruined. The needle goes into the ankle. I was going to try my ankle but the screw is as tightbas a lug nut. The balance wheel squeaks. An absolute disaster purchase. I have taken pictures and I'll reassess this review when I'm a happy customer.
I purchased a Zimmer ATS 2000 tourniquet form them. Owned it for 2.5 months and used it twice and the battery fail light came on. They have a 1 year warranty so i did a warranty claim. Guess what, Battery is not covered. There is no one to call and talk to about issues. The online live chat is worthless. The couldn't connect me to a service person or manager. I wouldn't spend a dime with these people again
We have an old Pelton & Crane Omniclave that was on its last leg. Had met multiple reps about a new for thousands of dollars) but has heard from a colleague about Acme doing repairs and refurbishments. Sent in our unit and within about 3 days they had it done. Wa expecting just the problem to be fixed, but received the unit back look like NEW. Our equipment was painted, and the chamber was sparkling. The whole process costs less than $500.
Lyn did everything she could last week to help me get my pump by my due date. It arrived just in time and forever thankful.
Got it and all is okay but they no send tracking for five days after order. Not way to call just chat online and is not good way to communicate with something that matter so much."
We sent in our Autoclave for repair after receiving a ballpark estimate over email. They sent a quote the next day after it arrived that turned out to be less than the quoted amount. They fixed it literally two hours after we had sent it in and had it back to us the same day. Our nearest local rep said it would take 2 weeks for them to come out and service it and even then they weren't sure it could be done in office. Actually amazed by the process. Next up: an ultrasound probe.
Third device from them and no complaints here— even with the older stuff. Would recommend to those needing a refurbished fuge.
Just after we decided not to renew our servicce contract with ZEISS, our visual field machine goes down! ZEISS wanted over $3,000 to repair something ACME did for less than $1,000. Unbelievable what they can get away with. Happy to have found this resource with ACME..
Ended up selling my pill counter to them for more than what the manuf offered in trade-in. It overall was a simple process and they arranged the shipping.
I am an elderly lady that was able to place order online but had difficulty getting it out of the box and installed. I understand now that installation service are not something they offer. Had I known that up-front I do not think I would have made the purchase.
Got it in time and cleared customs quickly. Opened up today and all good and already setup without issues right now. Now just need speak French for next the time!
Just a s/o to Amy today on chat that saved the day. Not sure how UPS is still in business but she got it figured out in a minute. Took UPS customer service an hour to tell me they couldn't find it.
Had them repair a generator that would not turn over when temp was under 30*. Got it back in about 16 days… two more than they said but I think it was the shipping companys issue with weather or something. Works like it should now and only paid $300 or so. Probably cost that to just ship it back and forth but happy I have this reassure now.
Submitted it. Got Payment in 2 days. Shipped it with the UPS Store. So easy I thought it was a scam tbh.
After my Viking went down I was in desperate need of a repair or new machine for my part-time embroidery business. Found ACME and talked with Annie multiple times over a 24 hour period. Every time she was informative and help me ensure the machine I was getting would fit my existing needs. I ended up paying for the expedited shipping option, however it arrived one day after the estimate. Guessing that was because the estimate didn't calculate in Christmas or New Years. Regardless, the new machine is great. You can tell it's used in some areas, but it's clear they put a lot of time into them.
Submitted repair request to have our Centrifuge re-done. Unit was throwing an error and always at the worst times. They repaired it which was great but was more impressed how it looks physically coming back to us. Shiny and with new paint and decals and such.
Answer: I just got my FDT optical machine back. Acme had it for 2 months. At first they'll hound you for payment. I mean, they'll send you a threatening email every day saying that if you don't pay there will be a stocking fee etc. After you do pay the communication STOPS. After 2 months of this nightmare I finally received my FDT back, which I was surprised by the way. The original issue untouched plus my machine broken in 3 pieces. Please do not do business with these criminals. They should be prosecuted. I should've seen other reviews. You've been warned!
