I really liked what this site had to offer as far as the safety measures that they take. I was able to look for exactly what I wanted and although it took some time, I believe I have found the man of my dreams. I have tried other dating sites and didn't like what they had to offer. You could see who was looking at you, and if somebody was a creep, you could report and block them. Finally, the right guy said hi, and we have both found the one :) <3

I am trying Zoosk for my dating site for now, but I'm starting to feel that a bunch of the women Zoosks put in front of me are canned set ups, you know' made up people with pics from wherever?,. The same pictures I'm seeing are being used on other dating sites. Zoosks Company, as with most dating sites, own several of these sites. I think some, but not all of these women who answer back on here are from this company in some way, or at least maybe answered by people from Zoosks using a woman's picture they have put on, I know it sounds a conspiracy theory perhaps? Lollol I understand that it's just to keep you interested in the site, and keep your attention which makes sense if they are wanting to keep you coming back for more, and renewing your membership. Call it a gut feeling, but I bet a bit accurate as well. A Bunch of the Women on here just continue to show up on your screen even after you have passed on them over and over, it's relentless. To many plans made that never materialize, at first I thought it was just the women, or me? Hey I admit I'm no great catch but this is happening to often to be a coincidence. Dating apps are a hit and miss. On Zoosk.com I liked that you could photo verify a profile and see that they are who they say they are. When Richard send me a wink and I winked back we hit it off right off the bat. We met that weekend. I took precautions as to not give him my full name nor address. After two weeks of getting to know each other I ran a background check on him and everything matched with what he had told me. We dated since June 2016, got engaged July 8,2018, and then got married sept. 22,2018. We have been married for two years and loving it! After being a widow for 2.5 years and being married to my late husband for 21 yrs. I didnt think it was possible to find someone online, but we did! We are so happy!

Give you option to pay upfront for a discount, then of course can't cancel and get your money back when nothing works, and 80% of the profiles are spams.

Can't upload a 2nd picture, just says error- nobody there cares about the problem. Can't mark people who don't respond off your list, so they same people that don't respond keep coming up. Limited criteria to search on (no language, their preferences so you contact people that otherwise you would have known, aren't interested in you, then you can't mark them off so they keep getting thrown in your face). Just mindless guessing game, and no refund if you are unsatisfied and want out.

There are very few hot-looking women on Zoosk. The ones that look more or less ok are usually sockpuppet accounts with fake photos. It looks like Zoosk has no scam protection at all. They don't want to ferret out scammers, I guess these scammers contribute greatly to Zoosk profit. And profit is the only thing that Zoosk owners think about. They don't care about customers, they just want to make customers' wallets thinner by taking their money.

My account was hacked and when I called they had already blocked my account and I was told that I need to start a whole new account with different pictures and a new email address. When I asked to be refunded I was told that this could not be done and if I signed up again they would just give me one month for free. Multiple calls, took one hour to get frustrating answers and had to ask the support member multiple times to repeat himself because I could not understand him.
