This sight Has a lot of flaws You get a lot of use and connections that don't Respond at all Unless you pay for premium subscription Come to find out some of the views that you get our people that's are not even active they've had subscription in the past. And some of the messages Do not go through for several days.
Signed up paid and within 24 hours they terminated my account and would not say why or give me refund. There is no customer service just an answering machine that has a recording saying sorry. BUYER BE WARE
Too much fake - marketing - Robo replies to get more money. Go to Vegas, at least you have a 5% of getting your money back!
Carousel feature is JUST LIKE TINDER. So why pay if you cant read a profile before clicking yes and no.

Zoosk is a great way to meet new friends! I'm hoping that the 2 men I've met will possibly be one of my future husbands!
I visited the site and saw many ladies I was interested with in my area. I looked at the terms and it said I could cancel within 3 business days with no penalty. I joined the site and NON of the women that were supposedly on there were there. I fact there was not many women I was interested in. So I immediately canceled my subscription. They are refusing to give me a refund. This is a scam site, the women you see before you join are not on there. Stay away from this scam site.

Site was alright. There could have things that were better. Need to give the option to not see profiles that you're not interested in.
I met her the day after I intended to unsubscribe from Zoosk but Zoosk refused to give me my money back bc I was a day late. I thought that was weak but they tried to make it up to me by giving me 3 months for half off. The next day I met the love of my life. We were together for almost a year but it ended bc her ex husband is obsessed with her & her 15 yo son is an entitled sociopath. I'll always love her tho.
Could be a useful platform, but with all the misinformation, phony views, messages and outdated inactive profiles, it's useless and completely unnecessary. A " zoosker " as they're called must wade through way too much garbage to get very little. My heart goes out to all the good people and lonely hearts just spinning their wheels. What a shame. Other sites are much more customer friendly. Just look around and you'll find former " zooskers " finding more opportunities with good people.
Very new to being single. Online dating was very scarey. It took a bit of time to work out which men were genuine compared to those just having fun. I found a beautiful man and now I am happy.

So after reading how good zoosk was I signed up for 3 months then I had to pay extra to see if my message had been read. Anyone that I contacted I got zero response which doesn't surprise me in the slighest. I deactivated my account then reactivated it to find out that they wanted to charge me for a subscription that still had a couple of months left. I would love to meet the person that runs this company to find out what drives them to rip people off.
They give out fake messages, and when you try to retrieve them it will tell you to subscribed when you already have a subscription. Most of the men on this site are nothing but scammers who has posted dead men photos and fake profiles.
The site do not identify these men, or it wouldn't be happening so often. All this site cares about is the money you pay for your subscription.

I recently had a Zoosk member respond to a "Hi!" and after maybe 7 questions back and forth got the feel the member was actually practicing some hate on the site! The explanation can be convoluted to explain on here. When I finally got a contact on Zoosk "Tizzy" and explained to her what had been said because she cannot see my chat! She heard nothing of what I had called to complain about. When I asked for a supervisor she refused and stood fast on why she could not allow me to talk to a supervisor. "I had not explained a reason for it?" Eventhough I told her racism, discrimination and a derogatory comment as F... Off are reasons enough Tizzy refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.
Utterly jammed full of fake communications, profiles that are clearly fake, scammers. Please, don't waste your time with this website. The few real members I have met all laugh about how many fakes and scammers there are on the site.
In addition to that, the app is incredibly glitchy... it's like different sections of the website don't talk to each other... one will tell you somebody looked at your profile and when you go to look who, it says the profile doesn't exist. Or someone sends you a message and it registers hours later.
I have not met a single real member that will renew. This thing is a joke.
All these review sites that tell you it's 9.5/10... check them out... none of them allow you to leave your own reviews. That should tell you something in itself.
