To be honest it was hard to want to date during this Covid 19. But I finally gave in and agreed to a Take out Date. Through texting. We never even talked to each other. And he showed up with a dozen of long stemed Roses. I was blown away by him right away. Tall and so handsome. He was nothing but smiles and complements. We are so much alike. Have lots in common. I do believe things happen for a reason. And I am so happy to have found Ernie on this site.
3 months 0 real connections... beiing nice & respectful the whole time, total time spent sending messages 120 hours & I'm in good shape 40 I'm work stable, own house, car the whole nine yards... profile after profile beiing respectful sending messages... nothing... the website is garbage 100%
When I met him I was not interested, but as we were talking I felt an incredible electricity, I am starting a dream come true for me, do not give up the love of your life if it is real
Very useless site with terrible search engine, Connections on Carousel are mostly bots and fake profiles used to keep you hooked. Charges are always higher than you expected. Zoosk is really overpriced, if you take into account price-quality ratio (with zero quality!) It's full of fake profiles, stolen photos and identities. Their appalling customer service never ban them. I don't need to waste my money and time on Zoosk anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone. However if you decide to use it, protect yourself, use your common sense and your gut feeling a lot, since Zoosk isn't going to protect you from fakes and scammers.
Anyway, I've had enough of it and left it.
I am happy I met someone. BUT there was no way to filter the age group of who can view me. I was getting way too many messages from men beyond my age preference. I would have loved a filter to where only men from 36-45 could see me. Instead I seemed to be popular among the 50 plus age group which is complete false advertisement.
After I paid my $79 they wanted more money to answer a message from someone. They call it buying more coins I complete rip off Will go get another card so they can't take anymore money out of my account
Had a great conversation with someone on Zoosk for about a week... going to meet for early dinner and he never showed... ALL THE MEN I'VE MET VIA MESSAGES OR TEXT VIA PHONE are $#*! AND STAY AWAY & DONT GET YOUR HOPES UP... they all are truly CON ARTIST...
First off, I am a 61 year old Italian American in great shape form eastern Massachusetts, if any woman need a date, send me a message, maybe we click, maybe not, not desperate at all, just want to complimant my life. ZOOSK is a a scam, it is by far the fakest dating website I have ever seen, DO NOT JOIN ZOOSK. I was scammed twice, NOBODY responds, every thing you try to do you need to pay more. A complete ripoff. If I could give less than a 1, I would. I reported two of the scams while I was on that site to the feds. If you send a message NOBODY responds, you see it look like someone viewed you but NOBODY responds which ells me it's all a scam, the owners should be arrested
Fake Waste of money Worst customer support ever. Indians that can not write or speak English. No responses even the profiles that say they are real are fake. They pay for fake profiles
I met a great woman and we've been dating for about 2 months... HOWEVER... i tried to deactivate my account soon after we met, but still was "Unpaused" and still charged for 2 following months, Zoosks Customer Support is non-existent... and the prompts to DEACTIVATE are deceiving!
This is the worst dating site ever... please just burn your money. They did not answer my 1st request from day 1 to return my money as I found out that the lure to get me in was nothing but a marketing scam... lies and miss reputation... I implore you to think twice and shame on this company... is it even American?
My matches were ridiculously inappropriate with no regard to my search criteria. I contacted some of them but there was no reply. Also, Zoosk likes to add bogus charges: think twice before you get the paid subscription there, and if you do get it, make sure they don't put you on automatic renewal and don't charge you for a full year right away. Read the fine print as they love to take your money - as much money as they can, legally and not so legally. I don't need to waste my time on Zoosk anymore and I don't recommend this site to anyone. However if you decide to use it, protect yourself, use your common sense and your gut feeling, since Zoosk isn't going to protect you from fakes and scammers.
I did meet someone however there are some real creepy looking people on here that wanted to contact. I know everyone wants to find a partner for life but some of these guys would make me a feel like a prisoner for life.
I GAVE THE SITE A 1* RATING CAUSE I HAD NO CHOICE... IT `DESERVES A 0*... THIS IS MY 2ND TIME ON THE SITE... FULL OF BOTS... CANT CHAT OR MSG OR VIEW PROFILES UNLESS UPGRADED... AND AS SOON AS U DO UPGRADE, U LOSE ALL MSGS, PROFILE VIEWS...
JUST NOT WORTH MY TIME TO WASTE MY EASY EARNED MONEY...
When you are a free member you instantly start getting messages from impossibly beautiful women who are obviously nothing more than Zoosk bots trying to bait you into signing up so you can read your "messages" from these fake accounts, total scam
Cons
1. No spell or grammar checker
2. Window for typing messages only 5 lines with 1 to 6 words/line. You are always scrolling up and down to read your entire message. This small window makes it easy to miss spelling errors, wrong tense missing words etc.
3. In 3.5 months 2 women tried to scam me for money. 1 for $5,000. A 3rd maybe trying to scam me but hasn't asked for money yet.
4 Another profile had 6 "verified " photos. Me and 2 friends agreed they weren't the same woman. When I complained, ZOOSK removed the profile
5. ZOOSK provides a list of women that have looked at my profile. I contacted 2 that ZOOSK said looked at my profile several times, both women said they hadn't looked at my profile. Which makes sense because both live over 800 miles from me.
6. Customer service jumps to conclusions and answers questions before reading the entire question. Having jumped to a conclusion they give a stock answer to a different question. This results in having to keep asking the same question several times before customer service finally answers the original question.
7. ZOOSK keeps telling me that women that live 100 to 400 miles from me are looking at my profile. How many women are interested in dating a man that live 1 to4 hours from them
8. ZOOSK encourages me to ignore messages sent to me if I'm not interested in a woman. That is ZOOSK encourages rude behavior. Rather than send a canned not interested
9. ZOOSK has an auto replay feature, so as you send a message, you get a canned auto reply. So you never know if someone is interested in you or not until they haven't responded to second or 3rd message.
10 there is no way to tell is a person is active or not on ZOOSK. This means you could send a message to someone that hasn't been on ZOOSK for a year. I asked about this and customer service confirmed this correct.
I almost got in trouble with my sweetheart because I appeared to be active when I jumped through hoops to cancel my subscription. Not cool
You have to weed out the bad ones... and the creeps, and more creeps, but the man I found was well worth the 75.00!
Answer: These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.
Answer: The real matches are scant and located at distant places. The fake matches are abundant especially when your membership is about to end. It's phony. I met my girlfriend on http://J4Love.net This dating service is a lot better than Zoosk, Match, Tinder, etc. They are more professional with ethical approach to business - something that Zoosk lacks now. Zoosk used to be better couple of years ago, but now they suck.
Answer: ZOOSK, is a total RIPOFF
Answer: NO MA'AM IT IS NOT. In fact I only used the coins when I could get them for free. Under the system that's no longer possible. Nobody takes that sort of thing seriously, and for a woman it's even less relevant.
Answer: In the two months I have been on Zoosk. I have chatted with a number of woman, exchanged phone numbers and talked on the phone and I am just an average looking joe. I have also had times when I received a chat request and the person does not respond. You do have to pay to chat and the other person has to be a paid member. OK if your reading this there is one thing I found, if you search, only pay attention to the ones that say "recently online", the other ones may be fake or no longer active. It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also.
Answer: I believe it is. But how safe is the internet these days. Just don't be quick to give too much information too soon you will know when its right to share. Good luck
Answer: Not at all don't bother buying them just play some games u will get some
Answer: Chances are you're sending a message to someone that was a member long ago and isn't registered any longer. Zoosk is a total scam.
Answer: Unfortunatly not. You have to be a member. I suggest you don't try this site. It won't help you to find wat you're looking for. Cheers. R.
Answer: I can't believe you expect that! The whole idea is anonymity until people are comfortable with exchanging personal info.
