I really think the sight is glitching more than it should. When chatting the glitch causes you to lose connection with potential prospect.
This site is a scam. All the guys just want emails and phone no's and they all say they work overseas. Be very careful with this one.
Zoosk is somewhat effective in meeting someone. In the profiles there are a lot of Zoosk smployees that simply put, try to sell upgrades. I tested this by posting 2 profiles and caught girls sending me messages on an introductory profile in which I had to pay to see them. On my paid for profile I tried to get the same group of girls to chat and they would not even look at me. I did find somebody but you have to spend a lot of time on the site and stick to a specific type of person that you are looking for. And then you have to look threw a lot of people till you find the real people that are looking.
I signed up for Zoosk Paid them the $29.95 Then they wanted $19.95 and then they wanted another $1.99 which I paid and my messages were not going through at lest I wasn't getting any response! I tried to call them at *******675 "No one available"!
I tried to Click on the (know if they respond) but that did not work! I sent an email and a "Costumer Care" message and they got back to me with out addressing the problem! I wrote again and told them to fix the problem or give me a refund! I did not get a reply! On 4-2-21 11:25 AM I called *******675 and got Karen in the Philippines Did not offer to fix problem but will issue a refund in 5-10 Days!
Zoosk is creating many fake profiles, there are many many ladies with only 1 picture and no story to tell at all. Say Hi or start a conversation to any of about 100 good looking ladies on the site there's no reply at all. Good luck with this scammer dating site.
I finally decided to subscribe to Zoosk after a couple of months of creating an account. Within less than 4 hours I had my account locked by an administrator for posting a picture in my new profile of an artwork in which nudity was depicted. I didn't realize that artistic nudity was not allowed. However, I have now been permanently banned from Zoosk for an image that was removed. I think that is a little overkill since it was removed and I now understood that it was in violation of their policy. They did say they would refund my subscription but that I could no longer be a customer.
Where do I start? Fake people, and when they are not fake, matches are crazy long distances. Customer service is only by email, can't comprehend or solve problem. I'm thinking they are all in foreign country and managed poorly --not informed enough to help. There is no way to speak to a supervisor. I would not give this even 1 star but can't.
Do not pay for this JUNK.
Almost everything about zoosk is a lie. In fact, if they don't like something about your profile, they'll lie for you. They say it's bc you didn't follow their guidelines. More lies.
You're given the impression that all these gorgeous women are desperately looking for someone like you... it's lies.
Your preferences mean nothing to them. They suggest members that have nothing in common with you.
The only chance you have to actually find a potential match is a customized search.
If you're dumb enough to pay to "subscribe", google every picture you're interested in. Lots of hijacked images of celebrities.
Reporting fake profiles does nothing.
Complain about their site, receive worthless perks.
Complain about their lies, get told to "just ignore them".
I did manage one real chat with one attractive member.
Evidence and experience tells me some "members" are compensated to make you believe you have a chance with an attractive person... just before they move to the other end of the country, or another country altogether.
Pros: Approvals for profile and description are pretty fast. CONS: Mobile and web versions are not consistent. Since the online platform wasn't sending a message I wrote, I accessed the app on my mobile device to send it only to get the "greeting limit" message. The online site offered no explanation of why my message wouldn't send; it just kept me guessing. There was no mention of greeting limits when I signed up. That is absolutely ridiculous for a paid account. The upselling is ludicrous. Many flaws in the program. When the app notifies you of a "like" or a carousel match, there is nowhere to click to see the profile. You move the mouse anywhere, and the app just declares in a huge pop up to "like them back." What? Also, I repeatedly received messages that someone "wants to meet you." Nowhere did those people indicate that. I don't know why Zoosk would present such false information. Glad I only signed up for one month... was only into it one day, and extremely disappointed with the service. Definitely not worth $30 to try.
I purchased a 3 month membership. At first it went smoothly, then my account started sending out matches I never picked then I got locked out of my own account and messages were still being sent to people that I did not send. I contacted zoosk they said because of security issues I would have to create a new profile. They said they would transfer over my remaining time and add 30 days for free. I said no if you have things like this happening I just want you to pro rate my time used and refund the difference. Now I can't get them to respond to me. This site is a joke, it is poorly run and they are not careful with your information. I think they get you to pay for multiple months then screw you out of your remaining time after so long. The customer service is among the worst I have seen
They double charged me, I had to fight it with them for my credit.it is the worst dating site that I have ever been on. Their customer service is terrible. Zero stars
I was blocked from Zoosk and they said I had activity on my account and I feel someone was using my account I did not do it and I feel it was unfair I do not have another email and I want this to be fix and resolved I feel it was a misunderstanding as well I want to file a complaint and I thought it was a scam
My email was blocked

It was all right a lot of bots but if you stick through you will find a real person and hopefully you guys will be able to work and get to know each other and then delete this s*** off of your phone
I meet Simone in zoosk. I did not like the site. I found it difficult and presented more mismatches. I am over the moon with my match, I think it is rare to match on ant site. And it's hard to cancel on this site.
Zoosk is by far the least user friendly date site around. Many times it seems that the application is designed to keep you from meeting someone. A good example of this is the ALERT function whereby the customer is alerted that someone viewed their profile or sent them a message. The problem is that there is NO WAY you can click on the senders profile and view their profile. That's right, someone views your profile, but you can't see theirs. Another example of the frustration of using the site is the "CAROUSEL" option. Here is where you can quickly click through a hundred pictures marking which ones look attractive to you. At the end of the viewing the Zoosk algorithm takes over and spits out the match it thinks is the best one... unfortunately, it is rarely a favorite of the user (YOU). The problem here is that you can't go back and see the profiles of the pictures you chose. Those pictures and profiles disappear - forever. Now, you tell me. How is this a good idea? How does it help the customer to be restricted from seeing pictures of people that they chose to be attractive and possibly worth writing to. This site is simply an extremely poor design... it's designed to be DIFFERENT... not helpful. Save your money... this site is nearly worthless
I joined today and after I visited this site I decided to cancel just didn't fit my desire. So im going round and round trying to cancel my subscription only to delayed
I am not Karly. This is my email not hers. I am her dad.Stop this crap. Why is this $#*! keep happening.Stop stealing my money. Karly does not live here.Do you get it
Fake profiles, scammers, and Zoosk supported baiter profiles. They want your cash, and only unknowing but rare real women keep it legit enough to take 10x more men money.
Im extremely dissapointed in this site, all the women are either scammers with fake profiles or are looking for money. No one wants to date 95%of the women don't even respond its a joke and i will not renew. Also none of the women are close by usually 50 to 100 miles away, again this site is a joke i don't recommend it..
Answer: These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.
Answer: The real matches are scant and located at distant places. The fake matches are abundant especially when your membership is about to end. It's phony. I met my girlfriend on http://J4Love.net This dating service is a lot better than Zoosk, Match, Tinder, etc. They are more professional with ethical approach to business - something that Zoosk lacks now. Zoosk used to be better couple of years ago, but now they suck.
Answer: ZOOSK, is a total RIPOFF
Answer: NO MA'AM IT IS NOT. In fact I only used the coins when I could get them for free. Under the system that's no longer possible. Nobody takes that sort of thing seriously, and for a woman it's even less relevant.
Answer: In the two months I have been on Zoosk. I have chatted with a number of woman, exchanged phone numbers and talked on the phone and I am just an average looking joe. I have also had times when I received a chat request and the person does not respond. You do have to pay to chat and the other person has to be a paid member. OK if your reading this there is one thing I found, if you search, only pay attention to the ones that say "recently online", the other ones may be fake or no longer active. It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also.
Answer: I believe it is. But how safe is the internet these days. Just don't be quick to give too much information too soon you will know when its right to share. Good luck
Answer: Not at all don't bother buying them just play some games u will get some
Answer: Chances are you're sending a message to someone that was a member long ago and isn't registered any longer. Zoosk is a total scam.
Answer: Unfortunatly not. You have to be a member. I suggest you don't try this site. It won't help you to find wat you're looking for. Cheers. R.
Answer: I can't believe you expect that! The whole idea is anonymity until people are comfortable with exchanging personal info.
