I had ordered a dress which didn't fit me well and they offered to send me the same dress with a different size for free! Very grateful didn't expect this. Also they reply immediately to emails.
In the UK and items came within 2 weeks, customer service is brilliant and reply within a timely fashion. Need to exchange an item and they are so helpful! Items are cheap and quality is as good as my other online store. Definitely recommend

Some of the pictures are fuzzy for a reason, they don't want you to see how bad the quality is for some of their items. I recently bought a jacket for around $30 that I wouldn't even pay $5 for. The material was cheap and similar to the material you get when you buy a cheap costume. I tried writing a review on the item on the website to warn others, but it has to get "approved" first.

This was my first time ordering with Yoins.
My parcel took a while longer as it was not in stock, and when i received it i did not realise that a size 10 meant a large!
However they completely turned around this situation immediately for me and were so helpful!
They are sending me out a new size right away and covering the costs of my postage.
Very helpful company and very good at communicating I am really impressed with their efforts!
He had problems with a carving in stok and Yoins contacted me instantly and kindly solved the problem. Excellent quality of service

I recently bought a dress for a wedding and thought it was stunning until it came it's was the ugliest thing I've ever seen, material was see through, colour was completely off and was nothing like the picture at all! No return address or return paper, never again will I use this site don't recommend it to any one Honeslty wouldn't waste you time or money!

I had no clue this site was based / shipping from China... which means any local distance selling laws are meaningless to them. An item was the wrong colour and didn't fit, they wanted me to return via tracked courier to shanghai!
Under UK law the seller must pay return shipping costs.
Don't make the same mistake I did, use a local / in country reseller.

Recently bought a roll neck jumper from Yoins. When it arrived it was really nice except I couldn't wear it because of the itchyness of the wool. When I emailed for a returnes address and explained my reason for returning the jumper I was told to wear a top underneath it!. I was also asked to provide proof of postage and then had to chase them up 5 days after they'd received it for my refund. The nail in the coffin is that I didn't get all the money refunded that I paid as they deducted their postage from the amount. So all in all it looks like if you're exchanging goods its all fine and dandy but the refund process is utter RUBBISH!.
