Clothes are lovely and definitely good value!
The package finally came was good quality and nice to look at. As for the company have read mixed reviews some good some bad mine in middle. Biggest gripe was never was notified of the time it was shipped and when contacted them they furnished info and a tracking number that didn't work. The amount of time between emails normal since they are many time zones from where I am. I will give the a positive rating of avg because they did communicate with me otherwise 1 star. The biggest thing they need to do is keep the customer informed that stops problems from arising. Do business with with caution.
Absolutely disgusting quality came wrapped in bits of cardboard disgusting cheap material I paid €69.95 on clothes sending them back cost €20 3 weeks later no money back this is absoulutely terrible service will not be letting this go without full refund
I ordered shoes on this website on 12/07 and I only received an order number. I went on the website and followed their direct order and emailed the company multiple times and didn't get a response yet and its 12/27. Im very unsatisfied!

I ordered a few things from here. One came in size too big but after contacting customer services they arranged to send me it in a smaller size. They were quick to reply, polite and very helpful. The other items were perfect though and even thought one dress was too big the quality was amazing. Money well spent in my opinion.
I ordered 6 items & I paid for priority delivery I heard nothing back. Then after a dozen emails they said a jacket was not in stock. Ok so where's the rest of my order? Then finally i receive an email saying my one if my items was a pre order so they cancelled it. Ok so where's my other items? Iv sent a dozen more emails. They will not reply. I ordered a super cute dress and when it came it was too big :( I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me within the same day and offered to send me the dress in the size that I needed and they didn't even ask me to send it back! I received the top that I bought and was so excited to try it on as it looked so pretty but disappointed as it was abit too big. So I sent them an email and told them the matter. Not only they got back to me in no time, they also offered me a free same top in one size smaller which is what I need. What an excellent customer service! I will be buying from this website again. And I've been looked after by Wendy and Vivian!
I recently did business with Yoins and was very impressed. Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast. I also was impressed that product was just as stated and fit great. Plus the boots I ordered though of a great price were made of high quality materials. I am all for affordable and high quality. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The size i ordered was way too big so i emailed the customer service for yoins and straight away they sent me a smaller size no strings attached! Very helpful and fast reply :)
I ordered to dresses from yoins and paid a lot of money for the quickest delivery option. The dresses did not turn up in the time stated on the delivery page and as a result I had to spend even more money as I had to buy another dress as it was for an important event. When I contacted yoins about the problem they was not apologetic about the situation which has made me very annoyed. I would never buy another item from yoins again as they are crap!

I ordered a dress which appeared to be a big size so I had to contact the team to manage the return and get the new size. Wendy, from the team was really helpful.He sent me a new dress and told me I didn't even need to return the old one. Great service, brilliant team, very quick answer. Bought a new jacket from Yoins but received a size L instead of S. The customer care was so quick, they refunded the postage to send the jacket back and I just received the correct size. Fits perfectly. Love it. Thank u Yoins

I received an item which was far worse quality than shown on the website and very poorly tailored. There was no way I could wear it, and I was pretty annoyed that I waited 2 weeks to receive the item, for it to be nothing like shown online.
So I contacted Yoins re. Returns, since I couldn't find any information about this on the website. Rather than give me the requested returns address and guidelines, they ask me to send them a photo?! Very weird - no normal retailer does this. I had to persist several times to get the returns address and then they said I would have to pay return shipping even though the item is not as shown, which makes them liable. They clearly don't care - they have my money and I wouldn't trust them to refund it even after I've returned the item. Seems like they are based in China, hence the very long delivery times.
Conclusion: Definitely not recommended. Poor quality (material and fit). No returns. Poor customer service. Cheap, but now I've paid $30 for an item I cannot wear...
