Do not use this company! I have been waiting for my parcel for over 6 weeks, and have been in contact with the company. They refuse to give me a refund and keep making different excuses as to where they think my parcel is- any real company would track their parcels so this is appalling. After reading reviews I have realised this is a reoccurring theme of the company and therefore will be taking this further! Please save yourself from getting trapped in a scam like I have, and wasting your time and money!

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 1 item and paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive my order for over a month. I constantly tried contacting customer service and never would get a response. When I finally did get a response, I had received my item (terrible quality btw) but I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping fee. The girl told me that DELAYS HAPPEN and can I just enjoy my item because I was lucky to have even received it in the first place! I'm still waiting for the refund I'm sure I will never get. YOINS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH POOR CUSTOMSR SERVICE AND HORRENDOUS QUALITY ITEMS! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Update. Yoins have asked me to mend the clothes and they offer a 10% discount for when I next order. Since when do you buy new clothes that need mending?

I ordered what looked like lovely jumpers. I received creased jumpers that looked like they had been worn. The material is very flimsy. The fit is very poor. One size fits all! One top is so tiny it just fits my sister who is a size 8. I'm a size 12 and the size 14 jumpers ordered don't fit. They are tight and massively to short.

I made an order around five days ago, and ordered a little more so I could get the free expedited shipping "3-7 business days." Two days later I hadn't received a dispatch email so I contacted the team to ask you why and they said there was a delay because an item I ordered was out of stock (I had to contact them to find this out). This package is really important because some garments are for a wedding, october 13th.

In the email they ensured me they'd refund the out of stock item and ship my order asap with the free expedited shipping. Today I received an email saying my order could take up to 25 days or longer to arrive, after they've already said it should be here with in the 3-7 business days.

Please be very careful when ordering from this site unless you don't mind the long wait for your order or receiving your items after the event you initially brought them for. This site does not honour their delivery time frames.

I read all the bad reviews but decided to take the risk as it was so cheap and figured I could pay to alter I required

Took a while to send out and when I enquired they said one of the items was not available for another month so they were holding back the whole order. I said to cancel that item and please send but their communication wasn't proactive song would have been sitting waiting for a month without knowing why

3 out of the 7 items were wearable but the others were massively too big, weird cuts, one where they had tried to copy the item from the website but it looked nothing like the picture, awful material etc
Customer service was helpful though and they refunded the items I was unhappy with after I sent pics to prove my point

You get what you pay for..

I have been trying to get a hold of a customer service representative after they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order. I want my money back! No phone number I called has worked. BE CAUTIOUS!

I was refunded the full amount and my two items were shipped within the noted time period and they are in the condition supplied.

New rating is 3/5. Overall decent experience, just that and XL top I ordered fits more like a MED.

I am trying to order many items of clothing on yoins but whenever i get to payment they will no accept my card for some reason? And it is working on other clothes sites. How can i contact yoins? The number on their website is not going through? I really need to speak with their customer service and see what the problem is. All i want to do is order the clothes, please help? I live in New Zealand and ordered five items which arrived a couple of weeks later which is fine however, the items are definitely not what I expected and the sizes are awful too. The material is awful quality. I also purchased what they called "beach towel" however, it is definitely not beach towel material and is a joke. I am not even going to bother trying to return the items as by reading others reviews it is clearly a huge hassle. I would never order off this site again. Clearly the positive reviews are fake looking at the grammar and language used. Really disappointed.

I just purchased 3 items, all fit horribly and were made of the cheapest fabric I would not even clean my toilet with! The website clearly states returns accepted BUT this is my 5th email to them asking for their return address and they still have not provided it to me. Has anyone been successful in getting a return address? They are asking me for pictures of the items which is ridiculous as it is ONLINE and they have my order, then they are saying it 'should fit if i chose the correct size from the chart', now they sent me another email which is not even comprehensible. Atrocious service, worst quality items, steer clear!

I ordered a swimsuit and the fit was atrocious! It seems to not be made for a human being. I referenced the size chart, but when it arrived it was too small in the bust, too large in the waist, and too short in the torso, despite me already having a very short torso. When I contacted customer service they said they would be happy to exchange it for another size but not for another product due to hygiene reasons. So how are they able to exchange for another size? Do not shop here unless you enjoy throwing out your money.

Didn't even get a confirmation email once ordered. Items took ages to arrive, most where awful material, one was massive, one they sent the wrong size & the other was a weird shape. No returns information was sent. The customer service email doesn't work, I have been emailing them through facebook (which they previously had replied to me on about where my items were) twice a day since Saturday trying to get a returns address but still no reply! I do not recommend this company
