Just want to give a shout out to Yoins for being the worst clothing store in history. So I ordered some clothes from their website. After it taking one month and 3 days to arrive it turned out to completely different from what they advertised.
Don't buy from these lying, cheating scumbags.
I ordered a dress nearly a month ago now and still no sign of it! It's ridiculous and on top of that I've tried emailing the company twice and for some reason my emails won't even deliver, something to do with the team not accepting my recipient. It's a joke il never order from here again!

I ordered an outfit from Yoins on 28/11/16 ready for my office Christmas party on 16/12/16. Yoins confirmed dispatch on 01/12/16. After chasing Yoins customer services on 5 occasions I was eventually advised that the outfit was being sent from China and might MIGHT arrive anything up to 25 days after dispatch. Their clothes are just not worth the wait. I am just trying to get a refund now.

I ordered 4 items on a sunday night from their website. Since I live in Finland, I was a little bit worried about the shipping and payment, Everything went better than expected although 2 of the items were sold out. I got an email from them and decided to wait for these two items to get back in stock, and Yoins told me I would get an email when my order is shipped. Very satisfied with their customer service!
I bought two nice dresses from Yoins. They both look exactly like the pictures although since I am considerably tall one of the dresses was quite short on me. I contacted Yoins and they organised a remedy with me. Their customer service is great and I would recommend buying off them for aesthetic looking going out clothes that are extremely affordable. I would highly recommend measuring yourself properly and comparing to the sizing charts before you buy. Cheers
I bought 2 desses, when I got my pack one dress was missing and the package was open. I arranged with them to get another dress but suddenly they say the dress wasn't in stock. I don't reccomend you this website, I spend 30.32 and I feel really bad.

Don't EVER buy anything from there crooks. I bought 3 items sized XL and my size 6 sister could SORT OF wear them. I returned them at a cost of $30 and waiting 2 months, followed up and re sent tracking numbers and photos 6 times and they still claim they haven't received them when Aust Post tracking shows they have been received. Criminals. And the clothes quality is $#*!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The app have a very bad service, it doesnt give you any real information about your order. Yoins take your money, before knowing if the item you aks for exist in stock. But at the end of it, they send emails with the details of your orden, so thats fine i guess. I haent received my orden but I hope it will be ok.

Ordered two sweaters. Took 15 days to receive but I am pleased with the quality.
Great price, light weight, very stylish.
My order came early! I was VERY skeptical after all the negative comments but my package arrived early with all the contents I ordered. You get what you pay for (don't expect the quality of a $100 dress for $15) but the quality was what I expected just like that of a t-shirt or almost costume like fabric on some dresses. All fit true to size, although I did decide to go up a size in the romper due to my torso length I probably didn't have to as it is a little big! Will definitely be placing more orders! OHH an I also got a tracking number and was able to track the whole way!
There is a time difference as they come from China so keep that in mind when ordering. I did have to pay taxes/duty for it coming to Canada (only about $25 on my $135 order) but when ordering there was no exchange on my dollar! I also had the app it set for Canadian keep in mind.
the dress i ordered took too long to arrive, i even forgot about it. and when it arrived it was too big. i ordered size S and it looked like XL. also the quality of the material was too bad, i cant even wear it after resizing it. material like that should be cheaper.

Not only their costumer service was extremely unhelpful and rude, but they messed up my order and didn't even bother telling me about it. I spent over $200 and got expedite shipping because I needed the dress for an event and all I got for that was a frustrating conversation with their costumer service!
Such a let down... will never shop from this site and I strongly suggest you don't make my mistake.

I ordered 8 dresses, one went out of stock but I got my refund fast. After 10 days my parcel with 7 dresses arrived at my doorstep. (I live in Norway) Two of the dresses became instantly my favorites :) The other dresses was totally fine too. Size was perfect - same as I always use. Thank so much to Customer Services for kind and fast email contact and to Vanilla who was one of them :)) I have read so many bad reviews, especially money back problems. It takes 5 weeks to get your package and the quality is terrible, I could get this clothes for cheaper in a flea market; they are also extremely difficult for returns; they ask for pics to compare and guess who is the judge of their own quality? A Scam

I bought an all in one outfit, couldn't wait but when it arrived it was far too short despite checking size guide, and photo of model wearing on website was also misleading. So although outfit decent and want to wear, is far too short to. I decided to return and buy something else but one read of the returns policy shows it would be too much effort to bother and theres a chace of my return request being denied as have to 'prove' the item too short. Also the link for the returns address says it's for billing only?! Go figure. Also other customers here saying return cost will be more than outfit cost. So this company was too good to be true.
