Im not sure what to realy think about the webside. Cos i never receved my parcel. But i can say the castomer service is very helpfull. Anytime i email i got some answers and help. At the moment im waiting for my parcel which was resent to me agean. I will say more about the yoins when i recive my stuffoverall posstive expieriance with castomer service
After a long time of waiting and exchanging mails with the customer support, they could never gave me a solution. My package never arrived to Mexico City, it took more than 30 business days to give me a proper response. Of course that the company never gave me a tracking number or something, they told me to ask in my local post office. It was a terrible experience.

Normally when you buy online, you have that worry of "is it going to be the right size" "is it going to look the same as it is in the picture" etc. I was super happy when I received my purchase from yoins. It looked exactly to that of the picture, it was in very good quality and was not damaged at all. I do trust Yoins!

I ordered my dress 2 months ago and I still didn't get it. They lost my order and the tracking of it and they only want to give me back either 70% of my money back or make me pay another 30% to restock it! They're the worst website I ever had to order from, even ale Chinese accounts don't do this! Never buy anything from it it's horrible.

I was very happy for my order from Yoins and the dress from this order is fantastic, it look like exactly like the photo and it cost is very fine for me
I ordered something from Yoins which failed to arrive before Christmas thought it was delayed in Xmas post but still not arrived in January I contacted them by email and was most impressed with how prompt they were with there reply they also gave me a refund I will definitely shop there in the future.

I ordered items at the start of January. Still haven't arrived. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them. My emails arnt being read or replied to. There quick enough to take your money but not send out the goods. Very disappointed. £80 defintatly not well spent. Angry dosnt even cut it.

To spoil the moral of the story first, DO NOT PURCHASE from them!
I purchased three items last Halloween. The package arrived later than expected, 12 business days instead of 8-10 days as claimed. When it arrived, I realized the dress was not true to size. The "Small" was way to small for me (5'4'', 118lbs). Maybe it meant to be a junior size? The sweater was ok in style, but not very good quality.
The most painful part was to return. As an international business, Yoins does not have a warehouse in the US. I had to pay USPS to return to China, which cost me ~$20! Yoins asked me to take a picture of the receipt, which I did. But they didn't want to refund since there were no tracking number. Well, they didn't specify to return with a tracking number (which would cost more).
After 3 months of struggle, I had to mention Better Business Bureau in order for them to process the refund--and they didn't even refund the full amount!
Finally, I would like to recognize the friendliness of the customer service.
