The customer service has been replying fast and helpful with my questions about my items and the delivery date. The shipment is very slow and it takes about one month to receive the clothes I bought but the good customer service really makes up for it even though I pree- payed everything :)
Respond to their mails very fast And refund fast if There is any problem with your order. Quality is also good and their application is well made
I have orderd several times. The Quality of the products is quit good for the Price. I just made the fault to order the second time to much so i hade to pay a lot of taxes.
I loved the product alot though i had to wait for it a bit. It really has a good quality fabric and a nice snow like white colour. It fits me as i expected it to. The customer care service is really cooperative and fast. I didnt have to wait alot for the replies.

Paid for items that never received and gonna have to wait 14 days for my refund. One of the worse companies I ever dealt with. Will never ever shop from there again. If the item it's out of stock they should advise that on the website instead of taking the payment! Unbelievable

It is a complete scam. The items took 3 weeks to get to me and were see through. When I sent it back they refused to refund the full amount and also made me send it to chine which it did not come from. Over all I lost £40 which is ridiculous! NEVER ORDER FOROM THEM!

Die Größen fallen leider etwas kleiner aus, deshalb lieber eine Nummer größer bestellen. Beim Umtausch hat alles super funktioniert und Geld wurde mir wie versprochen zurück erstattet. Hier war ich sehr positiv überrascht, ich werde gerne wieder bestellen:-)
I order my item and didn't receive it almost a month so i check with Yoins customer service on my shipping and they told to me to check with my local post if they have the items. After checking and reverting back to Yoins they decided to ship my items again with tracking number and i received my items in 2 weeks. The items i bought was perfect fit and cute. Thanks to the customer service (Vanilla) she really helped out. Will shop again for sure!

Ordered 4 items and yes they took about 10 days to arrive, but they are coming from China! The sizes were fine but I didn't feel like the actual clothes looked nearly as good as the photos. Not brilliant quality. But then, the prices are low. I returned my items the next day after following instructions on website ( have to pay yourself). All my questions and emails were answered within 24 hours. Very helpful and friendly. Kept me informed about my refund all the way. 3 weeks later I received a full refund. Delighted!
This place is a joke my cousin and I both ordered things from here we said we will take a chance and see... well we placed the order in early Nov. 2016 till this day I still haven't received anything and they have no idea where the shipment is!?! My cousin did receive hers February 2017! And it was garbage omg! Nothing was wearable and they stunk of fish! Like as if the clothing material was made from fish skin or something (leather jacket!) disgusting the clothes went right in the garbage... ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
