Do not waste your money. I placed an order and after waiting weeks I emailed the company and they said they had lost the order number and that my money would be refunded which never happened even after several emails.

I wouldn't bother buying anything from this website. First off the expedited shipping takes longer than 3-7 business days. When they give you the tracking information, it's not even correct. They told me DHL had my package so I had been using the tracking info for DHL (with no results) only to find out that TNT actually had it. They also wrote my phone number incorrectly so when they showed up to deliver I obviously didn't get the call.
Now, onto the clothing. The clothes do not look like the photos... at all. The colours are way off and most of the pieces are so see through you can't wear it out in public. I've asked for a refund and they just asked me to send them pictures with my hand under the fabric to see...? I'm not happy with my order, I just want my money back.
Shipping and handing is awful, the material is super cheap and the customer service could be better.
Save your time and your money, don't buy anything from Yoins.

Stay away. They are scam artist in China. The clothes I ordered never made it to me. They claim that customs denied the items. GTFOH, They are an international company why would customs deny sending ME my paid for items. BS, I demanded a refund immediately. Also, had I not checked up on "where's my delivery" these bastards would have never told me that the package was denied in customs. Liars, they tried to keep my money without delivering the clothes I ordered. I waited over a month to just track the freaking order. Smh, go with Amazon. Beware of overseas merchants! I ordered from Yoins several times and i've never been disappointed! The clothes are all soo cute, and they don't look cheaply made. Since Yoins is in China the delivery takes longer than you may be used to. It takes about 4 weeks to get delivered to me. I don't mind the wait because I know buying things from China it has to go through customs & etc. All the items are placed in a plastic ziploc looking bag (I think it's a nice touch, your clothes are safe from the rain), plus the clothes don't have that "factory" smell (they smell clean), also their customer service is great. They reply back to my emails within 30min-1hour; they were really accommodating. If you're looking for a deal on cute clothes try Yoins^-^

They sent my package with no address just the city and zip code so the post office returned it to them and this force you to pay for a resend which I'm not going to. And I will dispute this and file for fraud to the commerce institution.

I ordered items months ago and they didn't arrive- when i rang to ask why i didn't receive my items they replied saying your items were out of stock. Why allow me to order something you didn't have in stock! I asked for refund and they send me an email confirmation stating they will refund me however they never did. I email several times but they only got back to me few times and after that they never responded. I still haven't got my refund back and it is way past the 14 day period. I have been ringing for 2 weeks now and they only answered the phone once.
You need to fight really hard to get your money back or not get it at all.
