Purchased a top from this company. Colour different and the material was awful. Sent it back and after spending more money returning it they are messing me about with ridiculous excuses for not refunding me
1.) no refund if item isn't returned within 14 days
2.) Must notify them first before returning item
3.) photographic evidence of parcel you send.
4.) Returning item through post office only, not major couriers i. E. DHL etc
4.) The company won't refund money until I inform Paypal that dispute is resolved

1) We can not deal with a return after you received you parcel 14 days later. Because the item may be used that will not resell any more. But for some special cases, we will provide a proper solution.
2)The contacting before the return, we need to record some information, then arrange the refund later according to the record. Such as your order number and the items you want to return and the address you should return to. The contacting is necessary for issuing your case better.
3)For providing a better service, we can arrange the refund after you returned and before we receive it with a limited price order.So we need the receipt to confirm the returning situation and then arrange the refund for you.

I've already received my first order and have a second one in place currently. I was super skeptical with my first order with it being over seas and I didn't get a tracking number for about a week. However, thru one single email to customer service I realized that one of my items size had been out of stock at the time of purchase. And they were holding my order until it was restocked ( I was too excited to get my order in so they let me exchange for a different color with my size in stock) and I still received my order in the 2 week time frame. Another mistake on my part was thinking since the clothes were coming from China that the measurements and sizes would not be very 'American sized' so I over compensated and ordered larger sizes than what I'd normally wear. Which was not the case when I did receive my order. The sizes are VERY true to their measurement charts. I would have exchanged, but it would have costed me more to returned the item than what I paid for them. So I gifted the ones to some friends that couldn't fit me. And called it a learning experience. With my second order I relied more in the size chart and I'm really looking forward to this order coming in! What did fit in my last order is very nice and as expected. It's a shame to see so many negative reviews on this site when if most people seen thru their own ignorance they could realize it was probably due to user error. Like it was for me in my first order. And yeah, you may see some items on other sites that are probably the original makers of that item... but you are paying for the replica on Yoins! How do you think you get such low prices? Come on people, wake up!

I found a lot of cute dresses for a really good price. However, I noticed one dress looked very familiar. I went to lulus.com and looked up the dress I was thinking of and it's the same exact model in the yoins product picture. Seeing as I already have the dress from lulus.com--my guess is this company is a scam and the "positive reviews" are fake.

I bought two items in April this year because I had a holiday booked for May. I was absolutely appalled when I didn't have the items for my holiday. I thought I was never going to get them. I recieved them a week ago, in July when they were ordered months ago! I find this abissmal. I was given no reason as to why the items arrived so late on fast delivery. The most I've waited before is 2 weeks and I thought even that was too long!

I ordered 5 swimsuits and none of them fit! The sizes on the bottom or top was either too small or too big. They charged me before notifying me that one of the items were out of stock and the shipping date took longer than usual. I regret buying things on here.

I don't know where the great customer service reviews are coming from. I bought a dress, that two days later was apparently out of stock. After I had already paid for it. So I had to replace the dress with another one, which as soon as I tried it on, was a complete disappointment. The skirt area fit fine, but the breast area barely covered my nipples. The side cutout in the picture was small in comparison to two massive holes that looked as if they ran out of fabric to finish the dress.
I contacted support to get a refund, sent them a pic, and they basically told me the dress looked on me as it did the model (NOT TRUE AT ALL) and now I have to cover return shipping fee.
Seriously ridiculous company. I'm so angry, and never really want to purchase anything from them ever again.

I paid 18 euros of shipping costs for arrive between 3-7 days and I have been waiting for more than 1 month. They do not want to refund the money, they only tell me to write on the web and they will give me a 5% discount. It is not equivalent to the 18 euros that I have paid of postage.
