I ordered several items, planning to try them on and keep one or two. They were horrible quality and looked extremely different from the photos. Honestly, I can't blame them too much for that because they are cheap and that's a risk for buying online. I decided to keep one and return the rest...
OH MY GOD! I cannot even begin to explain the amount of hurdles you have to jump through to return something. They REFUSE to give you an address. I had to Chat with them and they told me I had to email and kept saying couldn't I change my mind... NO! They were the ugliest dresses I've seen and the total cost me $150 worth of clothes. Then they told me to email customer service. Still no address...
I emailed. Two days later they responded with a condescending email about properly picking a size, like I'm a child who doesn't know my own size.
It wasn't the size! They were the weirdest fit and style ever!
I had to email back detailed information about which ones I was sending back and the SKU number, etc...
STILL NO ADDRESS!
After two days I email again and chat again. The girl finally gave me and address but this is what she said I needed to do.
1. A distinct photo for the returning package
2. Inform us to record that which product you have sent and the quantity.
3. Take a photo to the post receipt and send us.
4. If possible, Please attach a note, including:
-Your order number
-The items SKU number
-Total quantity
-Return reason
WHAT?!?! UGH!
Plus the address is in China which means it's going to cost me SO MUCH to return. Never ever EVER am I buying a single stitch from this store again.
Sticking with Amazon Prime and those wonderful easy to print and usually free return labels.

Do not buy off this company it's a con. I ordered of here spent over £50 took weeks to get my order when I got my order I wasn't happy with the quality of clothing so I sent them back. It cost over £10 to send the clothes back to China. It's now been about 3month since I sent them back and I'm still waiting on a refund. I have contacted them and they keep saying it's delayed in transport (lies) they just don't want to give me a refund. I will never buy from here again it is terrible! Do not be fooled with their cheap prices
One of my tops was out of stock so my order was taking bit long so emailed asked them to remove the top which in one day they replied removed the out of stock top from my order n sent parcel came very quickly after and I was pleased with the service and my items fitted nicely n nice quality will be buying from here again

Hopeless case. Took a month and a half for order to arrive with no help at all from customer service. Once arrived the clothes looked nothing like they did in the photos so dissapoiting. Sent back and had to pay 10 shipping myself even though I waited so long for them to arrive- no form of compensation, horrible service. Horrible site. Stay away.

Muy mal servicio, hice dos compras y una me compran el producto y después me avisan que no tienen en existencia que me tengo que esperar 30 días a que llegue.
La segunda compra pasaron más de 40 días y nunca me llegó el producto. En ambos casos solicite el reembolso del dinero y no me lo hicieron completo, nunca me regresaron los gastos de envío que pague, solo me reembolsen el costo del producto.

Ordered a dress from this site and apparently according to the measurements on the page I am a UK size 0-2, when in fact I am a UK 8-10 so there's the first issue. Upon arrival before I even took the dress out of the plastic packaging I could tell it looked nothing like the online images, the material was shiny and silky and despite ordering a 0-2, I tried it on and it was at least a UK size 12. The sizing is absolutely ridiculous and the quality of the clothing is awful! The images online should be replaced with actual images of the clothing - see then how many people buy the product!

Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering anything from this site! The quality of the products (when they finally arrive to you) is terrible, it's not even worth the discounted prices. The size and fit of the clothes is awful and good luck trying to get a refund. I have spent weeks trying to return the goods and I've never come across such an appalling service where their advice is "why don't you sell the items to your friends?" I'm shocked by this company, thinking it was reputable and now I will warn everyone away from this site.

The delivery of the product was good.
The price was cheap however the clothing did not look as good as the pictures. I bought two dresses, one was really nice and fit ok, it was very cheap so I don't expect too much. The second dress was so pretty and very cheap as well but at the front it is too short - and too short means you can see my knickers! If I bought a larger one though it would be too big.
I won't be ordering again online.
