Got two tops from them delivery was a long time but to be expected as it's coming from China. The quality was better than I expected bought them to wear to work now I don't want to as it will ruin them will deffinetly order again

DO NOT ORDER! This company is bogus. They sent me items which bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on line in colour, style, size and especially quality. They sent seemingly random articles that looked like they were made by 10 year olds in a learn to see class in Asia. And good luck with returns! These scammers need to be arrested.

Never buy from them. I bought few products and some of them was defected and I sent it back. They said they will make refund of my money. But I never sow my money again. THEY DIDN'T BACK MY MONEY + I had to pay delievery to send back defected products. They cheat me badly.

Terrible customer service!
I received a defective product, without symmetry and wrong stitches. I had to pay my shipment to return the product, and when I asked for my refund they mentioned that I was going to be a partial payment. I ordered the product for my Birthday with a month on anticipation and the product didnt arrived on time. I have tried different online clothing store but Yoins was my worst buying experience.

I brought 3 dresses off YOINS. This cheap online shop is the worst online woman's clothing store that i have ever brought from. I know it's really cheap but you would think if your gonna pay $20 for a dress you'd expect to at least be able to wear it a few times before it gets discolored from washing it. One of the dresses i wore ONCE and when i washed it like how I always wash my clothes when i went to go put it on its like the back shrunk. I was so disappointed and upset i thought it would be nice to warn other people from Australia! The other two dresses look so disgusting they don't look good on. I almost feel like the site had some fake reviews. If your someone like me a stay at home mum atm dont bother wasting your money. I only brought because of the reviews and the photos are so deceiving.

I decided to use this company as I liked the look of the clothes. I knew the quality would be a risk and as it was cheap thought it would be worth the risk. I wanted some bits for my boyfriends birthday and also a little additional present for my friend. It had told me that I would receive my clothes in 10 days time. On the day it was meant to arrive I got an email saying that 1 of the pieces were out of stock. And did I want to get a refund or a store credit. Annoying as I have to wait about 2 more weeks for the other teams I ordered. So thats a month in total to have to wait for a clothes delivery. Personally I think thats pretty ridiculous. NO impressed and not sure I'll be using this service again.
I just received my sweater and OMG! Nothing like the picture! Very, very poor quality. I see clothing like this in the asian stores around town for $5.99!
Never again! Buyer beware... not worth the cost! Better off buying at your local swapmeet...

The money got taken out of my account and no items turned up over 3 weeks after, worst website to order from.
I placed an order on the 18th August, paid £2.41 shipping fee, "expect ship 18/8/17 - 5/9/17" - they took the money from my account on the 18th August - very quick - however, had an online chat with them on the 5th Sept to find out where my order was, to be told it was sent via standard shipping on the 22nd August and would take 7-25 days to receive from the date it was shipped. Still no sign of my order, so 14/9/17 I emailed them asking where my order was, they replied 15/9/17 to check the delivery address, it was correct, and to check with my local post office as to the whereabouts of my order - rang the local post office, who said it's impossible to locate a package without a ref./tracking number, so... emailed Yoins back again, same day, to ask for the tracking details, got no reply. Re-sent the email again today (18th Sept) still no reply. Have also raised a dispute via PayPal, asking for a refund for the goods I've not received, to which they've not responded to either... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THE DAY YOU ORDER, DELIVERY LEAD TIMES A MONTH WHICH IS RIDICULOUSLY LENGTHY (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE PAYING FOR DELIVERY, IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S FREE!) & THEN THEY DON'T REPLY TO YOU WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR GOODS ARE OR WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.!
