My items from Yoins which I ordered a month ago are still pending as Processing. Why haven't they been shipped yet? A vey long wait without a reply from them to explain where my items are.
It has taken a week to get a returns address for Yoins to be able to return items. That was all I wanted.

I ordered items from Yoins on September 30th, and it is November 2, I still haven't received any items! They have charged my account for the entire amount of my purchase but I haven't received anything from my order. I have emailed them 3 times and I have left various phone messages and no one bothers responding back to me regarding my "ORDER PROCESSING" status which is shows on their website. I think it is ridiculous that an account is charge with out even shipping any order items then when you contact the company, there is no answer. I will never be doing business with them again... I just lost $139.00 of my hard earned money and I have nothing to show for it!

Ordered stock on 23rd October, had nothing to say it has been dispatched. Tried to call the number and it says 'this is not available' have email but no luck. Quick to talk the money! I have paid for an expetided shipping service and my order arrived 25 days later. This unbelievable! The product was ok and good qualitied but i wanted it for a special occassion and your company was late! Properly you own me 13 euros for the expetited spipping service i have paid but i dont think it is easy to take a refund! I got an email saying they would be in tough but I have since heard nothing from them since despite sending 3 emails and contacting them through Live Chat. I ordered 4 sweaters from yoins.com and paid expedited shipping so I could receive them for my save the date pictures. I purchased them October 8th, as of October 31st, still no items received. The items had to be restocked but when I purchased them, there was nothing signaling they were out of stock. Oh and if only half of your order is out of stock, don't expect them to ship your stuff separately unless you request it. Even then they will keep your expedited shipping! I paid $26 for expedited shipping on 4 sweaters. I will only receive 2 of them because I cancelled the rest of the order due to frustration. They informed me I will not be refunded the expedited shipping because they shipped it expedited on October 26th! Expedited shipping is 5-8 business days! What's to keep them from claiming everything is out of stock just to keep your entire expedited shipping fee? They say it's based on the weight of the products, well I'm only receiving half of the order, the weight was decreased and still nothing! How convenient! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I will not order from here again.
