Bought 8 tops from Yoins. Drawn in by cheap prices, photography complimenting the clothes making them look like good to fair quality. The reality, firstly from order and payment, to then actually getting my tops... 3mnths. Thought id never see them.
On arrival, all are poorly made. Same idea as the photos, but definitely not the same. They look home made, edges are crooked and very poorly sewn. Id be too embarrassed to wear out. Sizes do NOT correlate to their specifications. Some fit, others do not.
Basically, dont waste your time or money. Seriously.

I ordered a sweater from them and they sent it in the wrong color. I sent two emails to customer service which never got answered and even tried chatting and they wouldn't help and told me to wait for email response! Never ever again will I order from this company and will advise others not to.

I ordered 4 jumpers. They are cheap, shoddy horrible bad copies of what I ordered. Not even same colours. Customer service a joke. Ordered around end of August! Took money out of my account September 1st, waited around a month and a half for my items and never recieved them, emailed them about getting a full refund, they sent me £5... total order came to over £50! Im still owed £45 and every time i email about asking where my money is they deflect the question. Getting ridiculous now!

I ordered a dress on the 1st October as I was going away for my birthday. It never came so I contacted them at the end of October and they said it was on its way. I decided to try the dress on I'd ordered a size bigger than I am and i still couldn't get my arms in the dress. It was also way too short and nothing like the picture advertised. The fabric was also cheap. I had to email and asked for the address to send it back as they have no address on their website and they never sent me it. I then raised a paypal dispute and they emailed me the address and I sent the item back with proof of postage, only to find that they had also emailed me on paypal later asking for photos that can't be provided as I've sent it back as asked. So I am in a dispute for the £14.99 for the dress and the £9.75 postage. Hopefully I will be protected by paypal. Avoid this company at all cost they are crooks.

I have to say that this is one of the few vendors that actually has sizes that match their size chart (which is extremely rare for clothing making it's way out of China). However, it does take a prolonged period of time to receive the items & once I did, one of the sweaters had multiple holes in it?! I am tired of going through the trouble & expense of ordering & returning. These companies need to provide better quality assurance & better customer care. Anyway, the lower cost they charge ends up costing you more in the long run & as much as I wanted to keep shopping with them, I won't because I can't trust their products. If they aren't thoroughly inspected prior to packaging & shipping - it shouldn't become my hassle to resolve.
