You take pot luck with what u order from this company the colour arnt as stated I ordered a charcoal grey jumpers they sent me brown insisting it was dark grey. I would have gladly sent it back but they never offered me the option they just kept saying it was dark grey!

I ordered some goods on November 3rd, writing several times after 5 weeks awaiting, they ask to check... at the local postal office... After 7 weeks I sent the message that I am not any longer interested in the item I ordered and asked to be reimbursed., again they are asking me to check with my local postal office. Bad... really disappointing.

Wrong size and I can't use for my xmas party very

I placed an order for £50 worth of items in August as I was going on a winter holiday in October, I was assured this was plenty of time for the items to be delivered. Despite several attempts to contact them the order hadnt arrived by late September so I contact them, I was advised that they thought the items had been lost could I check with post office etc this was done and no order. I was then advised that I could have a refund or the items would be resent, as my holiday was approaching and I realised they wouldnt arrive I asked for a refund.
Upon returning from holiday the packages had been sent and held at the post office, I returned these to a cost of £15.
Its now December and I still havent had a refund and get an offer of £28.
Shoddy company and ridiculous customer service, avoid at all costs

Ordered a top, they asked for a confirmation but no link worked and I couldnt contact them. They were happy to take the money and Ive tried to contact them but have had no reply and no item! I have no tracking details and no idea if I'll ever see the item, Worst service.

Total scammers you can't return items. My order didn't fit but in order to receive a return form you have to submit images of the item so i sent a screen grab of my order obviously i'm not going to take a picture of me in an order that doesn't fit. They refused my request for a returns form! No explanation! $50 spend and no help from them! Total scam

I received something I did not order. Upon emailing their customer service (TWICE) that I was mailed the wrong item, I was told after 3 weeks that YOINS "was sorry I wasn't pleased with the item I ordered. You will have to pay shipping costs to get a refund."
This is the worst retailer I have ever encountered. Not only did they send the wrong item, they won't admit to it, and they won't even cover the international costs to return their item to them. Just awful customer service.
I have taken pictures and sent them to your customer service - that's when they said we will give you 50% refund.

First, the clothes took 1 month to arrive, they send their products from China after receiving the order. I asked to cancel it but they insist to send to my place. Honestly, do not touch this company with a barge pole!
Quality of the clothes is terrible. Nothing like the photos. Takes ages to arrive as well... months. One of the items wasn't in stock at the time of order so I cancelled the item. 3 months later it just turns up randomly the same day I received a shipping notification email. It's a battle to try to get customer service to understand. Basically they are saying I'm making it up because they can't find any cancellation emails, I did it via an online portal that their email took me to. They said I can get a refund if I return it but it's frustrating to not only have money taken without authorization but that I have to be out of pocket to return it.
Customer service takes dayyyyyssss to respond and pretty much say the same thing everytime.
Warning again... do not buy anything from this company!
