It will be a long time till I order from Yoins again. Customer was OK. I did get a chat n message response in FB from Yoins with tracking info. To wait a month seems like a long time for any order. The quality of workmanship was very poor, couple holes, loose threads that were fraying at the seems, material was of poor quality, size was not as indicated and most important this kind of material and workmanship will not last from wear and washing. Purchased Yoins from pictures in FB. I will not do that again as the pictures were not what they looked like when I got them. SOrry, but sorry for the negative review.
Although there was a problem with my package and it didn´t arrive, staff of this e-shop was down-to-earth and very kind. I must say that I will definitely order something else. I can only recommend.

Pop up ad, clothes looked cute. Purchased THREE ITEMS. Waited more than 5 weeks. When it came, there were FIVE ITEMS I WAS CHARGED FOR and NO WAY TO RETURN. These people count on people giving up on returns because it''s too much of a hassle. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible quality.

Items arrive after a 7 week wait, disappointing, this is my 2nd review, items were ment to be Xmas gifts, but they were late coming, poor quality, wont be giving them as gifts lets just say ( they dont do what they say on the tin) if you no what I mean.

This company is such a scam. They want pictureS of items before you return them- I have never heard of anything like this in my life. The items advertised are not what you get - when you go by the size chart make sure if you do order - you add 2 sizes. So fed up with trying to return something I donated what I ordered to my sons teenage girlfriend.

I ordered the dresses on the 10 th Dec and received my dresses on 21st Dec which was 2 days before I was expecting them

Scam company, selling cheap goods through mass marketing on Facebook and taking ages to deliver, if at all. They rely on the fact people that if you do receive the goods you won't return as the costs are too high to do so. You can't get anything other than standard robotic emails. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered my package ages ago... still waiting for it to be shipped much less received. Tried using their chat service online and it doesn't work. Tried calling and that was useless. Gave these guys a try as I thought they could be similar to Wish. I can understand it taking a while to get here once it's been shipped, but to take a month to even package the item? Never again. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Luckily I didn't spend a whole lot so it's not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.

This company is so friendly and helpful. When I had a question about a order still in processing, I started a live chat. 1 item was on back order. They gave me so many options to include a refund for the whole order or just the back order. I chose to just ship items in stock and to ship the oos item when the get it in. Bradley was great!
