I have been using Yoins to buy my clothes for the past 10months and never looked back. Now my friends do too!
Ordered a Medium size dress and they sent an XXL and I have to pay for postal to send it back to China. Its true the other items of clothng was very cheaply made. Even though a top might have been CAD$21 it looks a lot cheaper than that. No thanks. Lesson learned Never again.

I was over all happy with the product but just needed a smaller size. When I didn't get The Exchange item in the mail customer service was deeply apologetic and responded to me right away. Still waiting on my order to come in the mail though

A very reliable shop. I have ordered several times now. Twice I needed a refund due to fact they were out of stock (this could me made more clear in advance) Once my package never arrived, they replied very quick and took care of the problem right away. Ada from chat customer service is great! Helpful and competent! I never knew the items were out of stock when odering, and if I never reached out to Ada, I would've waited a long time for all of the items to arrive at once. Which obviously is misrepresented on the website with the fast delivery time frame. With Ada's help, the alternative is that my out of stock items will be shipped separately later, when they restock. I have not seen the quality or size of the garments yet, but will review again when the time comes!

Please just save yourself the trouble and dont bother ordering from here. Some people seem to have good experiences. But mine is terrible. My order has been in limbo processing world for a week. I paid for express shipping. And it says my order is back ordered... all 6 items. NOTHING was marked backorder when I was putting things in my cart. Double checked. These items appear to still be available on their website.
To top all this off. I cant get ahold of ANYONE... theres no one who works in customer service apparently, Ive sent emails, live chat, live chat message, message on FB posts, FB messaging, I tried calling a number they give you ( isnt a valid number) and Ive emailed their complaints.

The worst online store I have ever had to deal with. They take your money but never provide you with the parcels. Stay away, I am still waiting for 2 parcels since January. Have not offered me a solution to resolve this issue even after I have requested a refund several times through back and forth emails. I am still trying to get refund for jumper I bought at Xmas. I ordered on 3/12/17.It did not arrive until 29/12/17. After numerous emails for returns advice I returned on 3/1/18.It cost 23.99, post to return £4. This has jaded my outlook on shopping with overseas sites.
