I asked for a return 20 days ago because 2 dresses didn't fit me, but nobody contact me. I also made a new order (with the correct size) 10 days ago but is still "PROCESSING". I'm really worried. I think it's a scam. I contacted them several times through email, Facebook messenger, Instagram and nobody answered me. I spent more than 200 USD.
This was my second order, and I'm equally impressed this time around. When I had questions, their customer service was quick and helpful. I would recommend
