Terrible product

First of all they didnt have sufficient stock, they had to edit my order, they charged me twice for one product and all the products that have arrived are the cheapest quality products, would never ever recommend shopping from Yoins. Worst experience ever.

Firstly, for the out of stock issue, due to an overwhelming popularity of our items, some items will be out of stock, but we are trying our best to update the quantity in time. We will show the inventory status on the item page and we will inform customers of their order status. Once the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you within 48 hours.

Secondly, we will not charge you twice for one product. There may be some misunderstanding. Would you please give us a chance to check and figure it out?

What's more. Yoins will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size(size mismatch exceeds 3cm/1.5 inch) and wrong color items.

Ive ordered clothes on the 23rd of May and still hasnt arrived which its been11 working days and been more than 2 weeks even after paying express shipping which it said 5-8 working days? Contacted so so many times to figure this out, it was one of the items was out of stock, never informed that issue and its left for more than a week till I contacted them. They said it will dispatch the next day so contacted again the next day whether it sent? They said it will dispatch today which its on the 2nd of June. Given noticed on the 5th of June its dispatched! Im sick of waiting and needed to tell the same story all the time now it seems they blocked me on live chat? Absolutely disgraceful! Never order again!

Sorry for your order has been delayed due to the stocking problems.

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. If we didn't receive any response form customer in a certain time, we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund. Sorry again for your inconvenience caused by the stocking problems.

We did not blocked you on live chat, due to the time difference between the countries, It takes 24 hours to reply to your request. We apologize that you have to wait, and we try our best to improve the service level.

Having tried for a week to return one item I give up you get sent around a bad website only to end up where you started. I will never use again

I ordered three dresses and two out of the three were a success. However, I found the third dress' size was much larger than the US measurements had indicated. The colours on the dress were also not accurately advertised in the picture that was used on their website. When I advised them of the above, they stated I would have to pay for the return at my own expense. If I receive a product that contains a large amount of unexpected mustard yellow I would expect them to change the picture on the website to represent the dress more accurately and provide a refund to the customer.

Very easy returns

I ordered several dresses, and two of them didn't fit quite like I wanted, so I used the chat bubble to figure out how to return and Ada was super helpful. The dresses seemed like good quality as well, just not what I wanted.

It took me a while until i am able to reach out to them. They never informed me which post office - courier company are using to ship the clothes. They claimed that the shipment never reached me even though it was shipped. However, they made me pay and they offered a 15% discount from my next purchase that will never reach me...
