Placed a substantial order with Yoins. Was waiting for it to be shipped. I reached out to see what the deal was and was notified that it was cancelled due to items being out of stock. Would have liked an option to wait or swap out for in-stock items or at the very least be notified of the cancellation. Will be shopping elsewhere.
I love the styles on YOINS site. I think I order from them at least 2x/month. Items arrive so much faster than expected. 99% of the items I receive fit incredibly perfect and look great on. If I need to return or exchange anything the process is relatively easy. If it seems a return application is not being processed The Chat feature is super helpful. I did wait 7 days for a return response but when I went to the Chat to check the status they helped finish the process right then. Otherwise, from order to delivery the email correspondence is timely and thorough. I'm definitely hooked.

This company a fraud. An item gets return to them after being delayed for 2 months. Then they say do I want it back and if I do its standard shipping and I said no it should be express because it's there fault and they say I have to pay extra for THEIR mistake. That just one of many issue and lies. U get express shipping and its not express

Ordered my dress for my graduation on the 6th of June. It is June 16th and I still haven't gotten it. My graduation is in a few days. I had to go out and buy another dress. Very disappointed. If I knew it would take this long I wouldn't have ordered a dress from your website.

After waiting 3 weeks for my tops to arrive I was was completely disappointed. Not only were all 3 tops too little but the quality of the material was awful. In fact I tried one of them on and it tore like a piece of paper. Thin material, looked cheap. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that. No way was I going to ask for an exchange for another cheap top. Do not buy from this site.

Shocking company! Who takes a month to deliver these days. I cancelled my order due to not receiving or hearing anything from them until the day before I went on holiday. But then received an email after I chased them saying items were out of stock. Next day apparently one item was dispatched, which I had informed them I didn't want, just to get the delivery charge! Item will be returned when finally received, placed original order on 3rd May I was informed the item which I don't want anymore because its to late leaving to go on holiday tomorrow will be delivered 23 June, nearly 2 months! Only refund 15 pound! Liars! They can't even get the emails right said item was dispatched on 1st jan, shocking company, don't buy from them

I received an item that was damaged when received. I have been trying to return the item for roughly 30 days now. I have an approval for a return, however, it is impossible to get the final information, to actually return the item. I will not order from Yoins again due to there poor customer service.
