I have been buying from Yoins for a couple of months now. So far I've not had any problems. Always read the reviews on what the sizes for the clothes come up. I can't believe how many bargains I have got. Again I always read what the clothes are made from and some of the review before I buy. You pay for what you get, some of the material isn't as nice, but as I said read all the information on it before you buy.

I ordered a dress from yoins 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone on an online chat to say I wanted it returned to be told to contact cust service team for a return label. After recieving an email this morning to be told it would be expensive to send back but I could keep it and they would give me money off another product. The quality of the dress was poor and the sizing not good. I would advise going to someone else as this company won't last long.

Avoid this compant at all costs, the garments they uplly are all small to size and the material is of very poor quality, the companies returns policy is buried in their T&C. We've returned poor quality items about 6 weeks ago without any refund being received, we've lost over £ 50.00 dealing with this company.

Clothing is fashionable and super affordable!
The size chart is accurate.
The quality of the material I order is usually polyester.. so if you're looking for high quality, this is not the cite for you.
The material of the clothing and bathing suits are durable.
Shipping takes three weeks but that makes sense considering their head quarters is overseas so make sure you order more than 3 week before you need your order. (If you're in USA)
I also love it because you won't find these styles in stores so i stand out around my peers.
I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending to all my friends!

Ads for Yoins kept showing up on my Facebook, for a couple years. I just thought it was another gimmic and ignored them, even though I thought their clothes were very cute. I recently decided to make a purchase, I caved. I'm happy I did! I'm very satisfied all the way around. From the purchase, to the quick delivery, to the product & their extremely quick return turnaround. Everything I received was exactly as it looked online. I did have to return some things due to sizing issues, but I requested the return, they sent me return labels the very next day, I sent them proof of delivery and they immediately refunded my money.

Absolutely appalling, they have robbed me! I bought the dress based on the site measurements, it came completely off, I requested a refund and the website stated I could have 20% back! Because it was my fault
THEN I opened a case with Paypal, was told to send it back which I did, paypal closed the case and they still have my money. An Absolute JOKE! Thieves!
