1 will never order from u all again i returned my order 49.97 less 9.99 for shipping. They charge me 29.00 dollars for late fee cause they took so long to credit my return. My total bill came out to 85.98. I had to pay 35.00 before they. Charge me. Late fee again. So as u can see i didnt get refunded. Many calls no response i shouldnt have to pay any thing. Been a customer for 50 years, since they were lane bryant. Allegedly shipped 5/3, no movement on USPS tracking. USPS says not recd pkg. Bern 5+ weeks. They were never speedy, 7 - 10 days, but this is insane, and of course my.cc has been charged. Will NEVER, EVER do business w them again. Would rather take a sheet and a piece of rope and wing it. PATHETIC, EXTREMELY disappontingly long ship.and delivery dates. Shame on them

I got an email from Woman Within stating they had a BOGO $1 that was good until 3-10-2022 and I tried to order the evening of 3-10 and I was told that they closed that offer out earlier that day! Beware of the date, because it's NOT accurate! If you want the sale, don't wait, it might disappear before the actual time!

Tried to order a lounger and a dress. Was told if I had my card I would save shipping which is free four times a year. I called back with my card and was told my card was inactive- which I was never told. -suggested a get a new card which I did. But no free shipping on this order would get next time. Received a call today said they couldn't process my order on my new card. So I canceled the order. Such confusion, I'll pay a higher price for quality customer service. Will not order again.
Placed an order on 5/27. Hadn't shipped in 10 days so I emailed customer service to cancel. No response. Finally on June 10, I get a email telling me my order had shipped. It is now June 17th, and tracking shows that USPS still hasn't gotten the package, just that a label was generated on June 9th and that it was in process of going to the USPS. I am really upset that my email was ignored. But I'm really really upset that I was charged on June 11th, but there has been no shipment. And I'm upset that I got an email on June 9th, with a discount coupon good for 5 days for a really great discount because of my recent purchase. Sorry, but not giving your company another chance. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

WORST COMPANY EVER. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Slow shipping, terrible order process and apathetic to their customers needs. They have screwed up the last two orders placed and when we pushed back all we got was "eh, so what" attitude. The last order placed was not shipped after two weeks and when we called to cancel was told no way to cancel once the order was sent to the warehouse. Still not shipped, but you cannot cancel. BULL****. NEVER AGAIN.

PLEASE do not order from this horrible company (Woman Within). You will be tempted with discounts, but will not get them, and when you contact them, they say your order has already been worked on (12 hours later on a Monday morning - DOUBTFUL) AND you won't even get your order for up to ten days. How does that make sense if they are already working on your order from Sunday evening to early Monday morning. Will NEVER order from this disrespectful, cold, unwilling to give good customer service or discounts they tempted you with. Once and done. Never will order or even look at the website.

This is on me because I went through a similar experience with them in 2021, but I decided to try again. I chose express shipping for 3 - 5 business days and paid extra. The order history online is not saved and the email confirmation does not indicate that you paid for such. The customer service reps will not transfer you to a supervisor and when you do get a supervisor, they are a complete joke. They try to make you think that you selected standard shipping when you're absolutely certain you chose express. In 2021, I never received the item nor did I receive a credit for the express shipping. They refused to take the charge off of my woman within credit card and refund the express shipping charge. I am dealing with the same exact thing now. Items were said to have been shipped 10/2 and was supposed to be here by 10/7... it's showing that the items are sitting in a FedEx facility pending. FedEx ground does not even take that long. I strongly advise not to patronize Woman Within, they are a complete sham, the clothing over the past few years have been made cheap, orders take months to be delivered (oftentimes the wrong size, item, and/or color), and they absolutely bait and switch with shipping.
I ordered a pj set for a Christmas gift and a coat for me Never got them and now there's "no orders" on the website. I called customer service and got a troglodyte who was very unhelpful and dismissive. Next week I get a 5X bra I never ordered. I wear a medium and a 40 C bra. I buy a lot from here but I never know if I'll ever get what I order and the website is a POS. So are the employees - at least the ones I've come in contact with

I purchased a skirt for my wife to wear for Christmas. I paid $23 for "Superfast" 2-day shipping which ended up being way more than the item cost after their "discount" was applied. The item arrived 7 days after I ordered it and it was a cloth table cover, not a skirt. Had to call customer service to return the item since I had trouble because the table cover item number didn't match the order item number. Ended up being sent to their parent company's website to do the return. The kicker was since I was returning the "skirt" and not exchanging it so there was an additional $10 restocking fee plus non-refundable $23 shipping they got me for $35 on a $40 purchase. I told them they could keep my money since they will never see another penny from me. Completed the form and since I wanted a return and refund on my credit card they said it would be 7 to 14 days- ended up being 31 days after my order for $6.
Somewhere I also accidentally signed up for their $3 a month "rewards" program so I had to drop that at another phone number. Terrible business model and total scam.

Like their t-shirts. I've bought oversized to wear around the house and smaller to wear outdoors. Also, like that they have 3/4 sleeves and various lengths; but still are light enough not to cook in summer. They have a wide range of colors. Decent quality.
I first bought several from Amazon back in 2018 for $13. Now they are $25, although currently selling for 50% off for the holidays (on their site only, not Amazon).
Here's the problem: Their shipping policy is ridiculous. No free shipping offered for any price (No! Instead they charge a percentage of the total order! Who does that?).
They charge per item. Basically at 50% off $12.99), if I bought 3 t-shirts, at $8 shipping for the first item, they would add an additional $4 for each item thereafter, so buying 3 items would be the cost of another T-shirt!
I sold and shipped items online and know for a fact that shipping UPS doesn't cost that much and certain the weight of one more t shirt doesn't warrant adding another $4 to $8 in standard shipping and then another $4 for each item.
I had free shipping 2 Christmases ago so bought from them. I just won't pay inflated shipping costs. I'd buy a ton of their stuff if I didn't see the shipping going up up up as I add items to my cart. Huge turn off.
They are making a profit off shipping costs!
I signed into my account and they had no record of my orders. Let's see if now they offer me a discount for the holidays to offset their ridiculous shipping policy. I might buy again. They claim to be in the US, so why the ridiculous shipping costs?
Makes you wonder about their other practices. My first order was through Amazon, the second through the site and only because the shipping offered was actually free from a catalog they sent. Went to buy from them today, hoping their shipping policy had changed, saw the cost would be 50% for just one T-shirt and abandoned my cart.
I wonder how many customers they lose because of the overpriced, inflated shipping costs?
I have shopped with Woman Within for the last five or six years. Not once have I been disappointed with what I ordered. My colleagues ask me where I got my drees or outfit, and I tell gladly tell them Woman Within online.
Ordered a physical gift card on the 15th of December and it never arrived. Wasn't billed for it but didn't get it either. Finally two days before Christmas I get an email saying they have been trying to contact me but didn't have a phone number. Well, use the email you dummies. Talk to them and get no details so decide to order an e-gift for a late Christmas gift. Get an email a day later saying additional information is needed. Leave a voicemail and no response. Finally 4 days later, called them and they just need a verbal to go ahead and process the order. WTF. Not only is that an exceedingly stupid process... it's one without any warning. If you're only taking verbal orders like you're a general store and the year is 1842, then turn off the online ordering you dummies.

The Full Beauty Brand-Woman Within online retail is not a reliable company to do business with. I placed gift card order online on 12/13/21, then received a call on 12/15/21 from Full Beauty Brand office to confirm. I provided verbal confirmation and thanked them for the verification. On 12/30/21 I learned the card was never sent. I called customer service but they could not explain and forwarded my call to business office that was closed for the next two days. I wanted my intended recipient to receive their gift so I went online on 12/31 and ordered an "E-Gift Card" thinking this would be sent within 24 hours…But No, it was not! 3 days later (1/3/22) it still was not sent. Now I had two orders stuck in limbo. I called again and they said they don't release the Gift Cards until they verify…Seriously, they verified the first order and it did not process and mail…. Now the E-Card is pending process. Consumers please save yourself the grief and frustration and find another online retailer. There are many good online companies but Full Beauty Brand-Woman Within is NOT one of them.

I want to caution people who make returns to Woman Within. I have had to nake multiple calls to try to get my refund for returned items. I shipped my package back using their label on December 9th. I still do not have my refund. I have called twice and seem to be getting the run around. Now I was told I had to wait until January 11th. If I did not receive the refund I should call them back. That will be call number 3 for the same issue. I do not think I will order from them ever again. Used easy returns with the Avenue and what a simple process.
I consider myself a former Woman Within customer and now a dedicated Avenue customer.

One of the most horrible places I have dealt with for customer service. After giving me a store credit and not crediting my original form of payment as stated in the return policy. My item was returned three days after I received it and it perfect condition. I NEVER stated I wanted a store credit for my return. I tried to call THREE times only to have it ring for a good bit and then to disconnect me. I tried to email twice with no reply. I tried to CHAT to say your in line and 15min later you are still the same place in line... tried CHAT three times. I believe with Covid, Woman Within suffered financially and is now doing poor business practices to try to make up their loss. This horrible way of trying to take advantage of their customers will only contribute to more losses from customers not returning to the site to ever to business with Woman Within ever again...

When I ordered a thermal dress a few weeks ago. And it was in stock when I ordered. But a few days later I got email that it was backordered and not in stock. And I checked the website again and it was in stock. They lied. They owe me the money and an apology. The tracking status was still the same, saying preshipment for a week!

Send you wrong orders then you have to pay to ship it back even your tracking says they recieved package back still no refund cus they claim didnt get it meanwhile had reordered product again. Waited almost a month for that order to be shipped day suppose to be delivered never showed called cust service"which is a joke 3 hr wait" to be told it was delivered and that they would track it and get back to me no refund offered cuz they said they delivered it so i have to wait for them to find it before i will be offered a refund cant get a call back from corporate cant talk to anyone but the customer people over seas. Like many of the other reviewers I suggest not ordering from this company. The shipping is $12 and then when it need to be returned that's another $8. I lost $20 and have nothing to show for it!
I purchased 5 items and paid additional for "Super Fast Shipping". One of the items was incorrect. Customer service would not honor expediting the correct one to me. Not my fault they sent me the wrong item. I paid 29.98 for shipping to insure I received my items before I left for a trip. They then advised me a replacement would not be shipped until I sent them back the incorrect item, and it would be several weeks once received to get the correct item to me. No courtesy that I paid for expedited shipping. Correct customer service would be to apologize, and send me the correct shirt honoring the expedited shipping I paid for. Speaking to a "manager" was just a joke. Every sentence was like groundhog day, she couldn't even remember what we were talking about. I work in a call center and was appalled by how this one operates.
