I should've read reviews before ordering here. Looks like I'm not alone who has a problems with returning clothing and getting my money back. It should not be this way, what a shame.
Woman Within clothing has a good selection even though I believe their prices are a bit high. It is simple to return merchandise if you are not satisfied for any reason.
Okay been within customer for probably over 25 years hardly ever ever send things back but I needed to this time send a pair of shoes three pairs of pants and a tea with two return orders charge me 1099 for using their label I called to say hey what's going on I've never knew about this and they proceeded to tell me yes it's in the fine print so I said come on I hardly ever return anything I got no help so I asked if this was being recorded told him just to take my name off their mailing list I didn't need to use within any longer as a customer for over 25 years whoever I was talking to hung up on me when I asked if this is being recorded so I'm not a happy camper
I just like to look through the catalog to see if they have some interesting clothing that the customers may be interested in and including bras for big chested woman.
Long time shopper great prices Good quality clothes and always have my size. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to look good at a reasonable price.
I love their sweatshirt robes - most comfy things I have ever owned and a perfect fit. However some of the other things I've ordered actually run a little too roomy - unlike Hanes which is skimpy.
I order a lot from woman within have very nice clothes, I always get my merchandise with in 7 days, most of the time things are in stock. They have any thing your looking for.
I'm so frustrated & disappointed with my experience with this company. The customer service seems to lack ability in helping people correctly. Today was the last straw. I made a complaint but may have fallen on deaf ears. I ordered a large order pecifically using my gift cards since you can't get refunds. I missed the fine point regarding that. So I get the bill trying to get it straightedge out that my gift cards weren't used, not my fault! No one can go & apply it now so basically I have to pay the bill, return the items when I get them & start all over with additional gift cards to use. How can you rely on customer service after going thru numerous people last week & this week! I wouldn't haven't a star at all if it wasn't for one young man!

For casual dressing at affordable prices, woman Within is a great for the plus size shopper. They now offer free returns which makes shopping very affordable and convenient.
I see all of these bad reviews and can't understand why. I have had nothing but success when placing an order. They even sent a holiday card with $50 off $100 or $100 off $200. I love this company!
I have ordered from Woman Within for probably over 20 years now. I haven't stopped using them entirely, I still love their jeans & leggings.
BUT THE TOPS ARE SUCH POOR QUALITY NOW, I've stopped buying tops from them. Paper thin material, just what you want to accent your "extra" tummy.
They ship pretty quickly & have been good about returns. But the poor quality tops have really made me look elsewhere to buy my clothing online.

Questionable sizing. Pictures look great, price great, but I usually have to send back half the items ordered because the size isn't right. They always run big.
Like to check out Woman Within quite a bit they have great sales really nice plus size clothing never a problem with delivery or packaging or anything one of my number one stores
I feel bad for those who had a bad experience(s) with 'Woman Within'.
I recently ordered 2 tunic-tops on clearance, and this included a free 50"x60" cotton throw-quilt.
As one lady pointed out here, the material is not quite as quality as Roamans - which I've ordered similar tops from and they are softer, printed t-shirt-like material.
WW tunics are a little 'stiffer' printed material. I'm thinking they will soften up after a few washings? I ordered XL and both tops are a little big! Another slight difference from Roamans - their XL tunics fit just right. WW XL seems more like XXL - but again I'm ok with that.
I never put my tunics in the dryer - but I might do a little test to see if my WW tunics will shrink a tad. No biggie. Better loose than too tight!
I love the prints on both the tops I got, and the quilt is VERY nice! It's just a thin little lap quilt, perfect for a spring or fall day. It's very soft & would make a perfect little baby quilt!
The items came within about 3 days of ordering them!
I was so surprised how quickly they arrived!
And I really got a great deal - all 3 items for just over $40!

I made an order on May 16th and still haven't received my order. I was told I couldn't cancel even though it claims on my shipping details it is processing. I'm so frustrated at this point. Their customer service is out of the Philippines, which explains why it is difficult to speak to someone when the phone conversation is getting cut off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered their products from Amazon and for some reason I had no issue but Amazon backs their customers.

I order stuff then paid it off and still chargeing 2.$ my mom has order too and still getting charges and it's been paid off and just try to get a live person you have to get up at 5 am and be on for 5hr or mor to try to get it sorted then they say no charge then you get a mothere bill for 6$ hello what are they doing this is the worst place to get stuff no more for use done with them not a happy person at all
I bought a new for thanksgiving and their rates are very flexible. Everyone appreciated my dress. I would definitely come again and will buy more clothes.

Make sure of your purchases with Woman Within and hope that you do not need to return anything as they charge 20.00 for processing and handling. So you'll not get back your total amount of purchase.
Many of their items are pricey to begin with (Macy's is less expensive)
But they entice you with flash items across the bottom of the screen with very low sale prices, but when you click on the item, actual prices are higher and/or the item is not available in any size/color combination at all.
The "buy one get one free, no coupon or code needed" is not real. I put 2 dresses (same dress, 2 colors) from that BOGO category in my cart.

Nope, full price for both dresses all the way thru the checkout process.
Ditto some clearance items in my cart, once they were in the cart they showed higher priced than the price shown when I clicked on "add to cart".
I have bought from woman few years ago - it is not the same now.
No customer service, no way to contact via phone or chat.
So I emptied my online cart and signed out
Very very very frustrated and disappointed with their deceptive pricing gambit.
Because I had clicked on WW before, WW now pops up frequently in ads when I am online - always with super low priced items that are basically fictitious or items that are completely sold out - but those same items keep appearing in pop up ads for weeks.

I had about 10 items - all but 2 were higher priced once they went in the cart - I gave up in frustration. Emptied the cart Signed out.

Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
