I emailed Wild West when I didn't receive the status of my order. Zoe emailed me back very quickly and kept me apprised from that point forward. Communication is the utmost of importance to me and they did not disappoint.

The product came in on time, but it was broken. Customer service is hard to reach as they don't have a phone number to call on their website. Customer Service is helping me rectify the issue, but it was shipped by another company and they are communicating with the other company to rectify. I was hoping they could just ship me a new part, but they need pics and to talk to the other business. Hopefully this gets solved soon.

Our pool light covers were discontinued but we were able to find them here and they were exactly what we needed, exactly as described, fit perfectly and shipped promptly as well. Highly recommend ordering from Wild West.

Parts were exactly what I ordered for my Hayward Pro Series pool filter. Top mount valve installed and working as good as new.

My address is tricky so I was able to e mail after my package got sent back to the supplier and got my package to me with in the week of being sent back by letting me change addresses. They are so helpful and quick! Thank you!

Working with Angie, the customer service representative was great. The package arrived promptly, however, the bubbled wrapped part inside the box had been opened. The label on the package said that once the package was opened, it was NOT returnable for credit. I immediately called the company. I didn't dare open it to make sure it was the correct part for fear of losing the warranty. It took three days for them to give us permission to open the package that already came open. Fortunately, the part is working. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue that must be addressed.

We placed an order with Wild West Pool Supplies and received our items in less than a week. The new gray skimmer trim covers were a huge improvement over the original white (turned yellow) ones!

Great price and communications. Mindy was excellent. Everything was great except for Fed -Ex dropping the ball for an additional 2 day delay but no fault of Wild West.

It broke the first day I used it. This was the 2nd order. The first order you mailed me the wrong product which I need to return back for a refund

Customer service was able to add a product to my original order to save on shipping. Good communication from representatives. Plan to continue to use this company for future needs.

Bought an in. Clear start-up kit, and was emailed several days later saying the kit was discontinued; however, as I write this review it still says it is in-stock. They offered to sell me the individual items from the kit which added $113 worth of cost. I originally paid for expedited shipping and processing so that I could install it the following weekend but due to their customer service not answering emails in a timely manner it did not ship till very late in the week and I did not receive everything till the following week.

Excellent to deal with. I initially ordered wrong item and they corrected it before shipping it to me.

I needed a pool part. It was in stock when I ordered it, but then was gone. They found me a new part and had it sent. All I had to do was pay the difference. Very helpful!
