Received item in 7 days they are in AZ I am in OR so would of expected it sooner (it does say 4-7 days) No customer service number to talk to someone, did the email option took 24hours for a response. If you can find the item you need elsewhere I would. Item is what I needed just a poor overall experience
I got the wrong item but the Wild West Pool Supplies costumer service is pretty good. When I asked a question about my order they respond within 24 hours.
Everything was as advertised, excellent price and quick delivery, this exact part at my local pool supply store was 3x the price
Good products but very hard to communicate with since they have no phone/text support and only use email.
This added almost a weeks time to get my order. They were out of stock of what I wanted (although the website said they had it) and we needed to work out a replacement and since it takes them at least a day to answer the emails it was quite inefficient. The issue could have been handled in 2 minutes with a phone call.
Good selection of in stock items that I could not get on other websites. Fast shipping. Wish it was free.
I initially ordered a part for my pool vacuum from this store and also one other small thing. They cancelled my order because they didn't have the vacuum part I needed in stock. So I still got charged the $10 shipping fee to ship the other little item I didn't actually really need. Then I had to re-order the vacuum part again and pay the $10 shipping fee AGAIN. I contacted support and asked that they could cover the shipping fee and they said no. They were very unhelpful. I'm very frustrated to have to spend $20 on shipping when it should have only been $10. I do not recommend this company.

I got the order well packed with double bubble wrap and antistatic bags. This item arrived as described
I was surprised to see that Wild West was selling the "Instant FROG" mineral sanitizer for $30 less than everyone else but decided to give them a chance. Ordering was easy, communication about my order was good, and shipping was fast. Wild West states that their products are shipped directly from manufacturer but my order was fulfilled by a wholesaler called Baystate Pools in Bloomfield, CT. Curiously, the item arrived in a ziplock bag rather than in the manufacturer's packaging shown by other retailers. This makes me wonder if the low price was related to the fact that this is either part of a broken lot or some kind of factory second or refilled unit. Wild West has since raised their price and now sell this product at a price similar to other retailers.
Great quality. Easy to use. Works great! Highly recommend to anyone needing to removing superficial stains. It allows the acid the flow directly on the stain slowly removing the surface layers. Took 5 minutes to remove 2 baseball sized stains on a pebble tech pool. These were light stains but this tool works awesome on heave stains Ex: bottle caps, nails, Bobby pins that get in the pool and leave a heavy rust stain.
Only took a few days for order placement til I recieved the order. Easy to navigate website Nd easy to place order.
Frog supplies. Best price I found for Frog 5400 and Bam. Been using these chemicals for several years and am well satisfied with results.

Wild west made sure the controller for my spa was correct for my application because the original part was no longer available. Shipping was fast and I would definately use them again for my hot tub needs
It is not true to size. It is about 13 3/8 inches. We had to cut existing pvc pipe to make it fit. Other than the length not matching up everything else seems to be in order
I ordered female ladder bumpers and Got 3/4 inch ball valve I'm trying to reach somebody to get me a refund and ask them what to do with this part I don't need …. No response!
Finally reached some one they gave me a full refund and did not require me to return the wrong parts rec'd which was great! I had already found correct parts elsewhere.

3 weeks ago my 2 year old Hot Tub heater terminal connection overheated and burned the connection and a big hole in circuit board, OUCH! Local Techs wanted way over $2 grand to repair and replace parts which they said are way back ordered due to COVID! Then I found Wild West Pools... they had the means to find me an updated system computer board and heater, plus with Wi-fi. It was here within a week! A few days later, after a very easy installation with perfect instructions in kit, My hot tub is back up and running much quieter too, with Wi-fi too now... and I did it all myself! With their excellent directions. All for less then $800 hundred dollars... Thank-You so much... Hot Tub party tonight!
