I was having trouble finding an exact replacement spa heater for an older hot tub. The previous vendors no longer carried the OEM or aftermarket part. Mary at Wild West found a substitute, and it works fine. Exact fit. Installed and turned up easily.

Prices were good delivery was fast very happy with wild west pool supply. Products weren't counterfeit which you see a lot of in the pool business for whatever reason like fake scum bugs different packaging chlorine then what you purchased so very happy I could trust ton them to deliver.

I paid for expedited shipping only to be told that they made a mistake on the cost of shipping. If I still wanted the product it would be an additional $8 to receive it. I had a down pool filter and had no choice. It still took another day for them to charge me the 8 bucks extra. So here I am 3 days later before my "expedited" items even shipped. It's not about the 8 bucks even though I find it a little ridiculous for a company to go back after they have accepted an order and charged a customer. It's the amount of time it took to resolve an expedited item while a customer has a system that is down waiting for the part.

I purchased parts for my pool after driving to Home Depot and at least 3 different pool supply stores. Nobody had any of the parts I needed. I went back to Home Depot and looked at the possibility of completely re-plumbing my entire pool filter with different parts. I would always end up at a road-block with the 3-way diverting valve needing Praher unions and their sizes seem to be unique. I started searching on-line and immediately found Wild West, they had everything I need and at very good prices. They shipped everything out and everything went together perfectly. Thank-you Wild West you guys have the parts.

Fast shipping and accurately filled order. Product was initially out of stock after I placed the order, but they kept me informed of inventory and promptly shipped when the product returned to stock. Highly recommend.

The part was correct, which is the main thing. Wild West had by far the best price. I paid extra for express shipping but was a little disappointed in the delivery speed of just over a week. I will certainly look to Wild West for my future spa needs.

The order arrived as expected. However, the pin was not the size I needed. That was my fault because I ordered the wrong size. I was not sure, based on the website, what size to order.

The selector is a new part, with all the fittings for installation. The item was delivered in afew day's. I'm very happy with the customer service.

This pool part was just what I needed to get my water temperature reading again. It corrected the ERR 1 that was showing on my indoor control panel.

Order process was easy. Right part was ordered and right part came. Took a week order to arrival. I did not pay for quick shipping but would have preferred a couple days order to arrival. For $10 shipping for a super small light weight item I would prefer days over a week but I knew what I was getting. Price was about same or a little less but not as cheap as I hoped for. I picked Wild West because I used them once before and the item came then too.
