This company is a scam. They took my money, no parts. Save your time and your money! Very dissatisfied.
Good products if they actually had them.
They canceled half my order because they were out of stock. That was 2 weeks ago. And then and as of right now, their webpage still shows the very items are "In Stock".

Hi Dave, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience here. Our system checks inventory levels against all our distribution partners (over 100,000 SKUs) every morning to update our website — this method is about 97% accurate.
Occasionally we do see popular parts sell out in between the time inventory is checked in the morning and when the order is placed.
You are absolutely correct, we need to do better. Our team is working HARD on this issue; we hope to have near 100% accuracy live within the next month or two. And we are ALWAYS happy to double-check inventory directly ahead of order placement if that is helpful!
Our pool will not be installed until Feb 2023, but we are ready for it! We purchased the umbrella/volleyball pole holder assembly and are pleased with the product received. They appear to be sturdy and good quality pvc material. Easy to order and received quickly. Bonus points for being made in the USA! Will do my best to follow-up with a installed review next year.
I ordered a Spa motor. Turned out the style motor I ordered was no longer produced. Wild West quickly contacted me with an option. The option was more expensive but still the best price compared to all other dealers. I paid the extra and the motor showed up in a timely matter. The motor fit perfect and works as expected.
While I was happy to find the heater parts I needed, it didn't take to long to arrive! I'll be updating my whole unit in no time.

I made a purchase of Paramount Nozzle With Nozzle Caps, Beige | *******060-07 from www.wildwestpoolsupplies.com. About 2 days later, they sent me an email stating that they were sorry that the term was discontinued. Rather than making the refund, the wanted me to buy a "similar" item. I declined their suggestion and just wanted my refund back. 3 days passed there is absolutely no response from them.
Yet the "discontuned" item is still in their website:

I needed a part for a pool filter and the rep Patton was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the products sold and I got everything I asked for in my order. Definitely would buy from here again!
Parts arrived quickly and worked out great. We have an above ground pool with wedding cake steps that the plastic mount around the handrail had weakend and cracked. The Perma-cast Aluminum Slide Flange was a perfect fit and now everything is safe and sturdy again.
Had my pool co. Start up my inground pool and informed me the backwash valve needed to be replaced with a new system as my existing one is obsolete. They wanted $2300 to replace. It took my wife 3 min to find the replacement part on your site. 5 minutes and $120 later my pump was running without any leaks! Thank god your parts were available! Saved me a bunch of money! Sad the pool company couldn't or wouldn't have given me the same option to repair rather than replace. Thank you for easy ordering and fast shipping.
It cracked on first day of use I need to order another one not sure if it was defective or if it was owr tightened

The clamp nut I received was a perfect replacement for my original Hayward clamp nut. As the original is no longer available from Hayward, this saved me fom replacing the enire filter housing.
Customer service notified me via email that my main items were out of stock. They offered to send the item that was in stock but the item price plus shipping for just the one item wasn't worth it. They offered to cancel and refund my entire order. They did as they said they would. I just wish the site had the ability to know what is and what is not in stock. I could have ordered from a different company and had my items. That seems to be a common complaint in the reviews.

My old tank split in half during use and needed a replacement quickly. My purchase started out well with a confirmation email from Maria the next day. No update on order the order placed for several days. I received an email from Lee stating: Lee here at Wild West. Thanks for following up on your order and hope all is well from your end.
My sincere apologies if you have to wait this long. At the moment we are still waiting for an update from our warehouse team regarding the availability of the part that you've ordered but don't worry I have already made a follow-up on this I'll get back to you as soon as they respond. It looks like they are having issues in receiving our emails that's why they could not get back to us on time but it is certainly not an excuse for the delay in shipping your order.
