I placed an order for an item I needed. I received a confirmation over the weekend and then first thing on Monday morning I received an email stating the item was on backorder for 3-4 weeks. They immediately gave me an alternative product that cost a few dollars more but was available for shipping immediately. We took that offering and received the product within a few days. Great customer service! Thank you!

The parts that I received were exactly as ordered and arrived within a couple of days placing the order.

Satisfied with the delivery and the item quality. I had a problem with my initial order but my order was replaced and the corrections were made. I was given superior help and attention. Very satisfied with the help I received.

The part worked perfectly for my repair. The customer team was very helpful with finding a replacement part for a discounted part.

Purchased 7 Pentair DE replacement grids which is a normal full-size replacement. They had a good overall price including shipping so I went with it. They put the charge through and confirmed the order, but then emailed me saying they can't cover the shipping based on what they quoted/charged and I need to pay another $37 to get them shipped. My money is already tied up with them, so I looked at other options and saw that they are all ~$30 more, so I offer to pay $30 to help cover the shipping thinking they should eat some of the difference since they're a retailer who quoted a landed price. They refused over the $7 difference, so I cancelled. If you order something from Wild West Pool Supply, expect them to email you with demands for more money. You're better off going with another company that can properly calculate shipping costs for orders and doesn't keep coming to you with their hand out wanting more.

The ordering process was fast and easy however, I hadn't received my order after a few weeks and attempts to contact customer service went unanswered. Could be supply chain issues but who knows? All-in-all, 2-stars because ordering should be easy. The customer service aspect is what separates the truly outstanding companies from the average ones.

Wild West Pool Supplies are wild west BANDITS! Do not let them scam you. They advertised a chlorinator online WITH a 12-month salt cell for $659. After emailing the company to confirm stock and getting a very well written response in perfect english, I placed the order. Four hours later they claim there was a problem processing my order and they can offer me a different part for $58 more. Turned out to be the same part I ordered. RED FLAG ALERT! They told then told me the salt cell was NOT included and it was $400 more! They claim the website wasn't updated in time for their inventory or some BS they tried to make it sound real technical. I told them I wanted the advertised products for the advertised price. They said no. I cancelled the order immediately and called my credit card company. UPDATE: It's two weeks later and they are STILL advertising the same SCAM. Search for Hayward Salt & Swim 3C to see for yourself.

I emailed Wild West for a week requesting a telephone number. Never received it, was told they are very busy.

After paying in full including shipping charges they informed me that i would have to pay additional $10 shipping despite giving zip code and address

They got good reviews and decent prices however the part I ordered showed on the website that it was in stock and would ship within 3-5 days. I get an email from Mary M that says sorry the part you ordered is no longer in stock, is will now be 3-5 weeks "Prices subject to Change" and they included a link to the product I purchased. I clicked on the link and it still shows in stock. Sorry not a good 1st impression.

Great price, shipped fast, extremely happy. This filter was not common and ordering through this site saved us over $100 compared to the stores in our area.

We have an old Clayton-Lambert pool, and it can be a challenge to find replacement baskets - your local store definitely will not have them! The basket was exactly what we needed, and it was delivered on time. We are so grateful for having our part and the great service.

I ordered and received my item in a matter of a few days. Communication of order status was very good. I will definitely use again in the future.

Two times now (thinking the first time was an honest mistake) ordering hard to find parts they sold me items they never had. After listing as available, taking payment info, saying order is placed, even excepting an extra cost for shipping... the next day both times I get an Email saying they don't have it & wait for 2 to 3 months at a possible higher cost or get refunded within a week (at their convenience) BS business practice. Never again

The product I ordered was backordered and I was contacted via email with replacement options that could ship immediately. Great customer service and quick shipping.
