The overall experience was great. It took longer than expected but with all thats going on I understand.

We have an older sand filter that we are replacing the media. When we cleaned it out, the laterals broke. Also, the standpipe and hub had been hard-plumbed so it was impossible to just replace the laterals. Wild West had all parts at the best prices (and availability).

Very disappointed in shipping time! Our pump was not working and needed these parts quickly. Therefore, paid $22 for 2-3 business days, yet received product after 9 days (which includes 7 business days)
I was very disappointed with the shipping process and length of time it took to get the products. We ordered them on May 12th and they did not arrive until May 26th.
