Don't understand why it hasn't shipped yet
Said it was in stock, took three days to ship. Needed it fast but wasn't. Could have payed $40 more to get it local.
I had purchased a pool vacuum from another dealer, but this bracket was not included some reason. Thanks to Wild West for having it available.

My order was processed and quickly sent.
Experience has not been good. It has been over a week since I requested a return address and label and am still waiting. Can't contact seller by phone, only e-mail. Don't have any idea if I will get my money back on a purchase that gave incomplete information on the item.
Great prices on parts. I wish that the part descriptions had more information. I purchased a thermostat and would have liked a diagram of the rotational information.

Deck flange I ordered seems to be made of good material and fit
Initial interaction with website was quick and easy. Ended interaction with a confirmation and order number. After 5 days without any shipment confirmation, tried to contact them. NO PHONE NUMBER! Used chat and email to inquire about my order the first time. After 48 hours, received an email response that told me that my order was sent to "Our Supplier" but still no idea of WHEN or IF it would ship. After 10 days, sent ANOTHER online chat and email... CRICKETS! Nearly TWO weeks now and I STILL DON'T have my part OR EVEN KNOW WHEN IT WILL SHIP!
THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXAMPLE of Customer Service.
