You order something they tell you it back order you tell them to cancel they get back to you 3 days later and tell you they can not cancel it you finely receive it 2 month later after summer over and you had to get from a different company.

Fast response. Everything came quickly. Was just as I expected and ordered. I do wish someone would have told me to turn the old nozzle clockwise to remove it.
This is not a *real* company, but simply a middleman between the customer and the supplier. Apparently it operates out of a condominium in Tempe. The phone number is phony, as well.
In March I ordered a spa part which was specifically identified by the manufacturer, but specs had changed, so the part was useless to me. After numerous attempts to make contact, I was provided with an RMA number in July and shipped the part directly to the supplier, as instructed. Now they are happy to keep my money AND the part.

Also, wanted clarification on how long "Bulk Mail" for $9.99 would take vs 4-5 day for $19.99, but did not see phone number to call to check. Submitted Q to the auto pop-up assistant, but still haven't heard back. Other than that, it went pretty smoothly.
They are a mail order site that has no physical stock. You order from them and you have to wait on their suppliers to fulfil your order.
Found the replacement part I needed, with a metal base instead of plastic, and received shipment within a few days. Great company!
