I order so light parts for my pool. I placed the order and even when they knew they did not have the parts. They blamed the manufacturers for not producing the parts. I waited about a month nothing but excused. I went to partswarehouse.com bought the same kit cheaper and they sent it out within 1 day. I will NEVER order anything from them.

The Company claims same day shipment with order placement thats a lie. I placed a order with them a week ago and still no shipment I emailed them several times and messaged. Still no response they don't even have a phone number to contact them. So here I am $300 out of pocket with no respon to get my money back this is a horrible business to deal with.
